I received a Molly Maid gift card from my grandparents for Christmas, so I made a list of things for when they came (not expecting them to complete the list) just figured it’s better to have more. They finished everything! I am beyond impressed, they even did extra things after finishing what I asked for. Great job! Super happy customer!

Hired Molly Maid for House Cleaning Services. I had constant issues with the cleaners and the owner/manager who I was in contact with was always understanding. After three visits and the house being dirty after cleaning, the cleaners started arguing in front of my family and young children about how it was the other ones fault the floors weren't clean. After that I terminated their employment. The owner was reasonable and offered to have them come back again to finish, but I was too tired of it at this point, and clearly they didn't take any constructive criticism from their manager, and simply wanted to argue between the two of them of whose fault it was. Three tries was enough. The costs are outrageous, their cleaners are unprofessional and frankly not skilled to do the job. The owners should be embarrassed by the people they are sending out to the community to represent them.

We've employed many cleaning people and companies over the years and this is definitely one of the worse. The quality of the service was poor and they did not follow the cleaning instructions as requested even after a follow up visit.

Is it possible to rate 0 stars? What kind of cleaning company doesn't even bring a step stool into a house?! These guys were the pits, insulting, did an awful job and the owner is a real piece of work. Awful experience. Do not recommend. Edit: I did speak with their owner who once I caught her in an outright lie, threatened me with litigation and thought she was far smarter than she was. I was embarrassed for her and understand why her crew was so terrible.
