I went here earlier this month and I purchased the Classic Platinum car wash looking to get the best full wash, however, was not satisfied that I got what I paid for. For starters, the classic platinum package is listed on the site for $13.00 but at the location the wash was $18.00; because of the grand re-opening discount of $3.00 off, the wash should have been $15.00 but I was charged $15.50. Not sure if the website is really out of date or what but this is very misleading. Second, I purchased the best car wash package in order to get the under carriage wash. However, from looking at my car after the fact there was no under car wash as the underside was bone dry and is still covered in dirt; this also included along the lower edge of the trim along the side which technically should have been caught by any standard wash especially when the service attendant used a pressure washer all the way around the vehicle prior to starting through the car wash. See pictures. The rest of the car wash was pretty good but not worth paying the amount that I did for it. I reached out to the company to follow up and give them the benefit of the doubt but I didn't receive any response from them.

If you want a good wash this is where you go in St Thomas, they offer packages and deals as well as a free vacume after your wash.

Classic Touch was AMAZING! My SUV was beyond beautiful when it came out. (Salt was caked on from the winter weather; my SUV was "white" when it went in and came out a sexy black). Did the top car wash for $13 and was worth every penny. Love that they have the spin brush to give your vehicle a deep cleaning. Way better then the competition cause 2 days later my SUV is still shiny. Thanks Classic Touch, I'll be back for sure.

This is by far the worst auto detailing place in st thomas. The employees are disrespectful and mean. The interior was not even cleaned at all. The price is right but nothing seemed touched.

Took my jeep though here today and afterwards I had what looked like rubber scuff marks all along the paint above my wheel wells..not impressed. Don't reccomend this if you have a car with big wheel wells. Other than that the car came out clean enough.

Fully automated car wash. Get what you pay for and these guys do a lot of pre-washing of your car to make sure it gets clean. Don't get me wrong, the carwash itself does a good job, they just make it better. Friendly and fast.

I'll continue to go to this awesome car wash, HOWEVER, just some feedback here: PLEASE, can the workers use caution when brushing the vehicles with the wash brushes. I know it gets busy and speed is important, but my car's paint job and general care is VERY important as well. Go easy and use care. Continue to do a good job and I'll continue to use the service. ????????????

Went with my best friend to get her car detailed. Dropped it off and upon return she was charged hidden fees they called "$10 for sanitizing" which isn't posted anywhere and she wasn't told about it when she called to book the detailing of her car, they refused to give a receipt for payment, the car wasn't cleaned very well and the throw pillow on the seat wasn't even moved. Upon opening the hatch of the back you could see all the dirt that was missed. So obviously they didn't even open the hatch to do the back of the car. Very poor job done. Over charged and refused to make it right when called out on the errors. Bad business practice and outright ripping people off for their hard earned money
