It is a very large and easy to move around in. Everything is kept fairly clean and the place stays cool even though there doesnt seem to be any AC

Visited this laundry July 12 to use large machines for sleeping bag and comforters. It was clean and the attendant was very helpful; with advice, change and even helped fold the large sleeping bag and comforters. They have a good supply of reading material and snacks (to purchase). This place is much nicer than *another* laundry in St. Thomas. Only negative: no wi-fi.

Not super impressed. Went there to grab some coins to do a load and a) the owner watched me litetally go to each door without signifying that there was a back door; b) put all the coins away 20 minutes early; and c) said I couldn't trade a bill for coins because I wasn't going to be a customer because it was closing ... I had 4 loads to bring here once I got an idea of how far $20 would get me and she was just super rude. Stick with big name laundromats. Bigger names weirdly want to help you more.

Our washing machine broke down so I needed a place to run 5 loads. Been a while since I’ve been to a laundromat, I must have looked like a deer in headlights. When I walked a gentleman by the name of John was a tremendous help both with the machines and the process. He kept checking in to make sure everything was working. As someone else mentioned, the decor may not be up to date, but John and the cleanliness of the establishment made the experience very easy. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.

The lady working there was very friendly and helpful. Washers are currently $3 for the smaller washers, and $4.25 for the bigger ones, and drying is around $4 for 46 minutes. There is no AC here.

Old, dirty, grungy, and worn out looking. Ceiling falling in, old tables, old blinds, no pride of ownership whatsoever. A laundromat should be clean and updated fairly often to show your customers you appreciate their business. Other ones in St thomas looked the same or worse. Anyone who lives in St thomas and has some money should open a real nice one downtown. This place is an eye sore.
