Excellent service by Nicholas Cloutier for repairs on our stove. He came with all the parts necessary, explained everything in details and repaired everything neat and clean. He was very friendly and honest, which was very much appreciated. Logistics were smooth and effective as well, talking with Roger on the phone. Response to my vmail message was as promised - w/in 24 hours. Very easy to set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Technician called ~1 hour (or less) before arriving (as promised!). He arrived at the time he said he would and was very professional, courteous, efficient, helpful, and polite.
