I have a commercial account with them. I ordered stuff online before lunch yesterday. Still isn't ready. Screwed up my work day today. I called for an update the next day. I was put on hold for 22mins. I tried calling with my wife's cellphone while on hold with my phone. They answered right away. Been here at least 20 times over two weeks. Every time the service was fast and employees even recommended better products that were on sale. The paint section was very helpful and took their time to do a good job. The lady cashier was very friendly and noticed we were regular customers. The isles are always very tidy and everything on sale is always in stock. Neat place for your renovation projects!

Updated: Electro department service is subpar ordered a freezer on May 8th supposed to be deliverer June 6th... we see now June 13th 2020 no news, I came to the electro lady was too busy to help me with my order. Very bad experience with 3 employees at Reno Depot Saint Hubert. Please see the pictures attached. There is a special for all door at 20% and all moldings at 25%. I know this is their advertised special because we had the flyer with us. These doors were in the center alley in the back with please see the picture showing 25% off these doors. I even asked an employee just to make sure that id wasn't a mistake. He said yes these doors are at 25% as opposed to the 20% off due to the signage attached. So we decided to take 3 doors and the hole making tool to make the appropriate holes we needed to change our door. When we got to the cash the lady scanned it and we asked why wasn't at 25% off as indicated on the signage? She said all doors are at 20% off. We said yes we know but there is a sign specifically on these doors saying 25% off. She then called another associate. The other associate basically repeated what we heard and already knew. So they then called another associate that worked in the section and again we heard what we already knew. Now I ask when you look at the pictures what would you think? I plan of contacting the manager and showing these pictures to them.

My mid rating is not due to me being dissatisfied. But rather to items online not being in store. Place is great, employees are present, something that surprises me, for there was a time where it was hard to find a helping hand. Polite too. Finding products though is still a bit of a hassle. I'd want to say this is a thing that happens only a few times, but it's almost at every visit. Not sure myself how they could fix it but at the very least they have workers that can point you to the right direction But the items online don't always the items available in store, which is what is a bit annoying. Mind you, i end up, most times, finding something better at a better price, so i shouldn't nitpick, but it happens every visit so...yea. If you do go there, dont be shy to ask the employees questions, they are willing to answer, but do so first before wandering the isles
