Been here at least 20 times over two weeks. Every time the service was fast and employees even recommended better products that were on sale. The paint section was very helpful and took their time to do a good job. The lady cashier was very friendly and noticed we were regular customers. Very bad experience with 3 employees at Reno Depot Saint Hubert. Please see the pictures attached. There is a special for all door at 20% and all moldings at 25%. I know this is their advertised special because we had the flyer with us. These doors were in the center alley in the back with please see the picture showing 25% off these doors. I even asked an employee just to make sure that id wasn't a mistake. He said yes these doors are at 25% as opposed to the 20% off due to the signage attached. So we decided to take 3 doors and the hole making tool to make the appropriate holes we needed to change our door. When we got to the cash the lady scanned it and we asked why wasn't at 25% off as indicated on the signage? She said all doors are at 20% off. We said yes we know but there is a sign specifically on these doors saying 25% off. She then called another associate. The other associate basically repeated what we heard and already knew. So they then called another associate that worked in the section and again we heard what we already knew. Now I ask when you look at the pictures what would you think? I plan of contacting the manager and showing these pictures to them.

Like any good buyer, I did some places to find the best price and service etc. After doing a few places, mo my choice is stopped on a Samsung product that met all my needs. I first go to home Depot which showed the duo of Samsung products in special at the price of $ 795 for the washer and $ 695 (dryer) and an additional $ 100 rebate (that Samsung gives with a purchase of duo washer dryer, no matter the dispenser). The only problem was availability from August 3rd only (2 weeks). So I went to Reno Depot to check availability. The same product (washer) is $ 849.99 and the dryer is $ 749.99 .. so more expensive than home depot. I ask the seller if they equalize the prices (I took good care to take a picture of the prices on the items at home Depot as proof). The 2 stores are a 6 min drive from each other, so I can easily go to buy one as to the other. In short, the seller tells me to come with him to see the manager. Rendered in front of the office of the service, I show my picture of home Depot prices. I am told that the photos are not proof and he tells me that he does not find the prices on the home Depot website ... Rendu devant le bureau du service , je montre mes photo des prix de chez home Depot . Je me fait répondre que les photos sont pas des preuves et il me dit qu'il le trouve pas les prix sur le site web de home Depot... Normal car c'est une promotion de 1 semaine que la plus part des entreprise font Durant une année .. le même gérant me regarde et me dit que ça fait 45 ans qu'il vent des électroménager et que c'est impossible que home Depot vend a ce prix là... De façon très condescendant il m'indique qu'il ne fait pas d'argent avec ces ventes la et qu'il ne peux pas égaler le prix.. très déçu je fait ensuite 6 min de route je me rend chez home Depot. Je paie comptant mes électroménagers en 5 min avec le meilleur des services et la bonne humeur qui vient avec. Très déçu de la succursale Reno dépôt de St-Hubert.. incapable d'égaler les prix .. (pourtant leur slogan meilleur prix .. très contraire au service j'ai reçu). En espérant que c'est un cas isolée pour cette entreprise et que les autres succursales offre un meilleur service ... Car sinon il vont couler comme plusieurs entreprises qui ne modernisent pas leur service a la clientèle ... Qui ne sont pas à l'écoute du client. Encore une fois bravo a Home Depot st-Hubert! Très bon service , tres bon prix.

My mid rating is not due to me being dissatisfied. But rather to items online not being in store. Place is great, employees are present, something that surprises me, for there was a time where it was hard to find a helping hand. Polite too. Finding products though is still a bit of a hassle. I'd want to say this is a thing that happens only a few times, but it's almost at every visit. Not sure myself how they could fix it but at the very least they have workers that can point you to the right direction But the items online don't always the items available in store, which is what is a bit annoying. Mind you, i end up, most times, finding something better at a better price, so i shouldn't nitpick, but it happens every visit so...yea. If you do go there, dont be shy to ask the employees questions, they are willing to answer, but do so first before wandering the isles
