Ces employés d'origine maghrébine ne sont pas très futés et manquent de professionnalisme surtout dans le service à la clientèle. Il faut toujours essayer de satisfaire les clients et non essayer de les contredire, c'est la base du service à la clientèle.

Horrible service! They will charge you extra for small stuff. Inside/outside for my small car was charged 30$. The worst part? The car was not even cleaned properly! They even forgot to put back my carpets!

They charged me $120. They said they would wash the car inside and out. Back seat was not washed, looks more like a wet cloth was passed over them quickly. Back of the seats that come down to allow for more room in the trunk area were not even touched. I mean a rag over them would have sufficed. Roof inside the car ignored as well as the sides near the doors. All in all, just mediocre. Now I read some people were charged almost 80$ less, and probably had the same detail??? Run don't walk...far away from this place!

25$ for inside outside compact car. Basic once over inside with streak marks on all the guages and towel lint all over the dash. On the outside I would have had a better job done by an automatic car wash at 8$. When I pointed out that the car was still dirty he said it was a scratch.
