My jacket was ruined when I got it back, and the owner still expected me to pay for his services tho' I couldn't use my jacket anymore--I couldn't believe it! Very disappointed, and so unsure which dry cleaner to use in our area since they all seem related by name.

Really unprofessional work. They ruined a pair of 120$ sweatpants. They have no knowledge of tailoring or whats so ever. Need to go back to convince them on getting me a new pair cuz its unacceptable. Worst place I've been so far!
