I washed my clothes here twice while here in Quebec on business. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can buy detergent and fabric softener if you don’t have your own and they can make change. Lastly, if you’re French is horrendous as mine is, the staff speak perfect English. Needles to say, I recommend Baunderette des Milles lles!

The machines are cleaned after each use between customers, even in non-pandemic conditions. Small as a place and a makeover would be beneficial for them, but nothing to say about the service. The ladies are nice, explain well to new customers and are responsive to questions. Possibility of making change on the spot without problem. And parking available without problem. Les machines sont nettoyées après chaque utilisation entre les clients et ce même en non pandémie. Petit comme endroit et un relooking serait avantageux pour eux, mais rien a dire du service. Les dames sont gentilles, explique bien aux nouveaux clients et sont à l'écoute des questions. Possibilités de faire de la monnaie sur place sans problème. Et stationnement disponible sans problème.
