Wish I could give 10 STARS PLUS. Jay our technician arrived promptly on time. I didn’t have time to get an estimate a couple days ahead so I said just book me. Jay came in and gave me a price. It was high but I understood because I have an extremely large light beige sectional couch that I adore. As does my large Sheppard who lives rent free!! I gave Jay the go ahead and he promptly got to work. The detail in his cleaning was impeccable, He worked up quite the workout cleaning every inch of my couch. It turned out way better than I thought. All the dog oils gone and my couch looks like brand new. I really thought there was no hope for my couch but now I’m back in love with it! PCS scheduled the estimate and the cleaning date in excellent time. They were very forth coming with the anticipated pricing for cleaning one sectional couch (8 years of stain and dirt) and a carpet which had the previous home owners stains on it in addition to the 8 years of spills from us. The technician explained what might be areas of concern at the end of the cleaning. Every stain came out and the large sectional couch. It looks like new again. And the carpet no longer looks like it needs replacement. They were in and out in a little under 3 hours. We can’t even begin to say how amazing PCS is. We live in a 1960’s house that, over the years, housed 3 families then became a boarding house then we starts renting 6 years ago. The pink carpet that has been stained with everything from coffee, dog pee, food, babies to body fluids from an emergency home birth. In under 2 hours our whole living room was given a new lease on life. I can’t wait to get the rest of the house done. 100/10

Our dogs had some sort of a bug and soiled our cream Berber carpets....wowza! In the 13 years we've owned dogs, we've never had to deal with that amount of dog-related fluids. As always, we put in a call to PCS and Randi was fabulous. She happened to have an appointment available on Saturday and Jon was our tech - as he has been in the past. He knows our home and most importantly, our dogs! Incredible customer service, got out all the spots and said if either of them crop back up again over the next few days, to give PCS a call and he'd come back for the spots. There was even a small spot in my daughter's room and he got that without charging us extra. Thank you, as always!

We had three dining room chairs and three area rugs cleaned as well as very difficult tile in our en-suite where we tried for months to clean it ourselves and nothing worked. I had a fairly small project I needed done. Just some cutting and binding for some area rugs. The owners were as friendly and helpful as if I was spending thousands of dollars. Listened to me nattering on and answered my questions. So many business staff are curt and want to brush you off quickly. Not PCS. They have a HUGE platform for cleaning rugs. I'd recommend them highly. Very impressed. The binding/edging/finishing (can't remember the correct term) was so beautifully done that no one could tell it had been cut and re-edged/finished. Matched the existing binding perfectly, to my eye. Thanks a lot, PCS!

We have used PCS 3 times to clean carpets at our rental units in Niagara on the Lake and couldn't be happier. The tech arrived exactly on time each time and arrived ready to go to work immediately. Their guys have always been friendly and professional always offering tips on how to keep the carpets looking good, even leaving a sample of spot cleaner for us. This last time I dropped off some additional area rugs at their office and was thoroughly impressed with their technology and systems. They new exactly the type of carpetsI had and the best way to clean them. These came as part of a property purchase and I was surprised to learn that 2 of them were actually quite valuable. They even brought the cleaned area rugs back to the house when the came to clean the rest of the carpets, I couldn't believe how great they came out...they looked like new! I will never use another carpet cleaning company. There may be some places that will do it for a bit less but nobody will do a better job. This is a perfect example of Value over Cheap. I almost can't wait to use their service again!

I had this company protect my furniture against stains. It was all new as I had just moved from Montreal and bought new pieces. The rep . was very pleasant and did a professional job protecting all my new wood floors from the spray. I have not had a stain yet but I am sure the protection will help the spills from penetrating my material. I would recommend them for this protection for sure.

PCS cleaned my sofa and loveseat almost a year ago and applied the fabric protection. I have had numerous spills and potential stains since that time, and the protector along with use of the (magical and well-loved in this house) Spotter Blotter has made it so that practically no stains have set. The reason for me posting this review today is that my son just coloured in non-washable crayon all over the side of the couch, and it came off completely with application of the Spotter Blotter. I am so impressed and happy.

PSC cleaned our wall to wall carpets - a highly professional associate took extreme care to ensure no damage to our walls or hardwood floors. The results exceeded my expectations. Before deciding to have dining room chairs recovered I dropped off two of the most stained chairs. The cleaning results were excellent. Excellent service and great value for money. We brought our "24" x "84" rug to be trimmed down to "24" x "75" and have the ends surged. Turned out fantastic. The newly custom cut rug fits perfectly in front of our vanity in our master bathroom. Very pleased with PCS, will highly recommend and planning to use them in the near future to clean the grout in our kitchen tile floors.

We recently needed to have our living room carpet re-stretched. We searched online and came across PCS - what a terrific find! Everyone we had contact with was so pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Our positive experience started right at the beginning when an actual person answered the phone, was very friendly and polite and made immediate arrangements for a consultant to come and look at our carpet. The consultant arrived promptly and immediately showed that she had excellent knowledge of carpeting. She explained what the technicians would need to do, and gave us an estimate of the time and cost of having the work done. She also immediately noticed four distinct marks on our carpet. These marks had been made by different things and had been left by the company who had cleaned our carpet literally two days before the PCS consultant saw them. The technicians from the previous company had said that they had tried, but could not get these marks out. The consultant from PCS felt that their technicians could get them out, so we added that to our work. The technicians arrived promptly and again were obviously knowledgeable, professional and extremely thorough. Throughout the process the technicians were very careful and took time to explain what they were doing and why. After finishing the stretching, they worked extremely hard to remove the marks on the carpet. End result - the carpet was re stretched perfectly and the four marks were totally removed! We were thoroughly impressed with the service and quality of work which far surpassed that done by any previous company. We will be recommending PCS to any of our neighbours and friends who are looking to have work done on their carpets and floors, and in future, PCS will be the company we contact for all things related to carpet and floor coverings.

Our rug was soiled by our dog and we used cleaning products to no avail. We called PCS and they were more than helpful during the whole process. They came to the house, provided a quote, and took our stinky rug away to be cleaned. Unfortunately our rug still smells of cleaner, but I would not hesitate to use PCS in the future because of their excellent customer service. Annette called me to discuss the issue and I think we were both stumped as to why it still smelled given that they had given the rug a thorough cleaning. I do not blame them!
