These guys got the cat urine smell out of the concrete in my condo unit. Super friendly service, they even offered to bring me a coffee before arriving to my location. They came in and got the job done efficiently and professionally. Within a few hours the job was complete and the air was fresh. Today, 48 hours later there is no residue of the cat urine odor and I am super grateful and relieved. I definitely recommend that you call OMG Cleaning Services for this type of problem. Anthony and his crew were fantastic!!! My father was moving into an assisted living facility as he was not able to take care of himself anymore. The house had dog pee and needed a major clean. More than I realized when I hired OMG. It was amazing what Anthony was able to do. A true professional with years of experience and very reasonably priced. We called this company looking to get our sun room cleaned for a reasonable price. We had other quotes but ultimately went with OMG. The workers were knowledgeable , professional, and friendly. Their work was affordable, and the result was better than we had hoped for. We will definitely be calling again!

We booked post renovation cleaning service for our house. Our contractor was a lil late in finishing the work and asked them to start cleaning the other rooms or wait for an hour because the crew refused to work on other rooms. It wasn't our fault that the contractor was late but we still asked them to work in other rooms and not worry about the cleaned rooms if they become dusty again. But the crew told the Assistant Director that it would take 4 hours to finish the renovation work and they ran away without informing us. The Assistant Director on the other hand started swearing on us over the phone. We were advised by Anthony, who I guess is the owner that he would arrange someone else for us but we never heard back. Swearing on customers is not professional AT ALL.

I called extremely last minute because I was throwing a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend the next day and honestly I thought I wasn’t going to be able to get the help on such little notice. But the moment I got in touch with you you exceeded my expectations and truly relieved my biggest stressor. I work so much and become so tired, I let my house chores slip to the wayside and my home became what seemed to be an intangible mess. Jamal came through my home, without any judgment, and reassured me that he would be able to help me. Upon arriving back home after work that day I was stunned! My home was and still is SPOTLESS!!! So grateful! My toilet overflowed and it was a big mess early in the morning. I immediately called them and they understood how urgently I needed the help and someone came within an hour or twos time. Jamal was professional and did such a clean job and made my bathroom sparkle. It's nice when services like these understand what is urgent. Most places I called said they are booked for weeks.
