Absolutely excellent service! I've gone to them with many complex requests for alterations and they always do an incredible job! Great turnover time and the quality is always top notch -- you'd never even be able to tell the finished product didn't always look that way! Highly recommended.

These guys do a fantastic job and have incredible customer service. I've been here several times, both for dry cleaning and alternations. Not only are they environmentally friendly, their prices are fair and reasonable and they are incredibly friendly and professional. Melissa is an absolute pleasure and has gone above and beyond for me every time. The quality of their work speaks for itself. This is the only dry cleaning place I use.

My clothes look better than when I bought them; there was a stain on one of my dresses that has been there since the first time I wore it - not only did they get 99% of it out (which I thought impossible), they apologized for the almost undetectable bit they couldn't shift. Amazing work! Very happy

I had my first ever dry cleaning experience here this past summer and thought the level of care and customer service was phenomenal. After a recent house fire has left me homeless I was happy to hear they were the one's appointed by the restoration company and that they were able to clean all of my clothing. I was surprised when I found out everything that I had in the house was salvaged from the dogs blankets to my linens, suits and clothes. There was 0 smoke smell and it all came back folded or hung on hangers and neat and tidy! Kim has been phenomenal during this difficult time having hand delivered many of my articles and most recently the balance of 26 bags of linens and clothing have arrived. The service has been exceptional and friendly and I'm glad to have them around. Keep up the awesome work and level of 5 star service!

Having recently moved to this area we were looking for a drycleaning depot. I checked the website and came across this company which had excellent reviews. From the time I walked into the doors, I knew this company would never fail. At the desk, a lovely lady greeted me with a big smile. Looking around the shop I sensed they took great care and pride in what they did. The clothes were arranged nicely, and I did not hesitate leaving my expensive duvet there for cleaning. No surprises, I received it back smelling nice and clean and I was quite happy with the service and cost. Thanks again ladies.

Clean up crews took some of my personals to Magiclean to be correctly treated. They had everything done super fast, and went the extra mile with my son's favourite stuffed toy to make sure he was happy. When I emailed the team thanking them, I received a fast response from the owner. That's service. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I recently had a house fire damaging a good portion of my house and the goods in it. All of my cloths, bedding, towels exc. were very smoky and smelled terrible. this company came to my house took and cleaned everything. i was in in hotel for 4 weeks they actually came to the hotel and dropped of just the cloths so i would have them to wear, then dropped off the rest once i was back in the house. I strongly recommend this company :)

My family have been customers of magiclean services for 20 plus years and they have never been disappointed . Honestly I don't think I have ever used another service as the quality of work and care for their customers is superb. Tonight they took it to another level. I'm in a wedding party this Saturday so we dropped off the suit on Thursday to be dry cleaned and pressed. Friday rolled around and we completely dropped the ball and forgot to pick it up. No excuse really we just blew it. After realizing this an hour after they closed we both were frantically calling, posting on social media, emailing, knocking on the window to get the suit as they would be closed for Canada day. I had pretty much lost hope and called the groom and apologized when the owner Laura called us at 845 an hour and a half after they closed and offered to meet us in the shop and get us the suit. Un freaking believable. I will never use another dry cleaning service. Its Friday night of a long weekend and Laura thought enough of me and her business to go way beyond and save my sorry ass. It's so rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its relationship with its customers and I want Laura to know it means alot. Thank you again. So magiclean is awesome and all of you should use them as your exclusive drycleaning service.

Girl at the front abrupt and rude . Been going there for years but notice my clothes weren’t being sewn very well , I would have to come back too soon to have same things redone again . Don’t know if their seamstress is too busy and can’t keep up , but the quality is gone .

Received a quote of $40.00 to clean a cloth and leather jacket upon pickup they wanted $57.00. They would not do any customer service conversation with me and walked away from me making me angry enough to contact the BBB and Consumer Protection Agency. They do not write/print the quoted price on their claim stubs so it is my word against their's. Don't do business here as they do not know the meaning of the phrase Customer Service.

I found a wonderful place to bring all of my business too...i bought a Mr. And Mrs Santa claus from a flee market and called around to see if I could get them cleaned, no one would even try it or attempt it, until I came a cross a place called Magiclean Services ???? Laura the owner of the buisness welcomed the challenge her words not mine ???? I left my dolls that are over 2 feet tall with her to do , when I went back to get them, not only did Laura cleaned them, she restored them to look brand new ???? I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw them, I was totally shocked and amazed how beautiful they look..All of my business is now with Magiclean services and I STRONGLY recommend them, they are not only awesome at what they do but how friendly they are especially Laura's daughter Melissa ????
