The gentleman arrived more than an hour early, was very unprofessional by constantly calling me 'kiddo' (I'm 25) and touching my back. When I had originally called to make the appointment he tried to make it so I could have him come earlier than 430pm because then the furniture would be dry for when my kids get home (I don't have any children), I explained to him it wasn't possible and the time needed to be 430 or after. I wasn't having a lot cleaned, just a small love seat. He also tried to up the price from what he told me on the phone originally. He then proceeded to ask my mother if she was married, divorced, etc. I was not impressed.
