I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at this dry cleaners this morning. I took two shirts to be pressed there today and when I walked in there was a lady standing just behind the front desk who did not even acknowledge my presence. The other woman came over after a minute or so. I explained that I required the shirts for today. She rudely said that everyone else wanted their things for the long weekend also. I asked if it would be possible to get one pressed today. She replied that it was going to cost me extra. I was really unimpressed with her entire dimeaner. I have taken my cleaning there before and items I needed in an emergency and they have done it right there while I waited. Disappointed to say the least. Won't be going there again or to any other facilities that offer ARCTIC CLEANERS services.
