This is an edited review. My first one was very negative. I didn't fully understand that this was a subcontractor of the company I hired, but regardless, my experience was negative at first, and after I left a negative review, I heard back from the company and they eventually took care of my situation quite well. It's clear that while there were issues, they're dedicated to customer satisfaction.

[Earlier message] "Last year was our first to have Rudy clean, inside and out, all but the basement windows of our thousand square foot home in Windsor Park. Rudy phoned to ask if we wanted his service once more. He did an excellent job and would have finished earlier if I had not shared with him the "wisdom of St. Augustine." Specifically, Augustine's advice (I'm paraphrasing) that whenever you are poised to declare something USELESS, look for the hidden usefulness. Augustine uses that phrase three times, "HIDDEN USEFULNESS." I told Rudy I find myself applying this advice to almost everything, every day. Between windows, Rudy indulged my "wisdom from Augustine" and said "That's good! I'm going to remember that." Anyway, Rudy charges a very fair price for a job well done.
