Had my carpets done in spring. Did not clean good at all. Should have called back, but even when I pointed out spots that he had to do over, that he should have picked up on, the carpet still looked dirty. Plus the chemical that he used was potent. Put it this way, my little Bisel hand cleaner cleaned the carpet better. Hate to give bad reviews, but I spent a lot of money on not so clean carpets.
