The technicians were friendly, yet professional. He explained the three different quotes thoroughly and made recommendations based on my needs without pressure. We have 20 year old white carpets and they got the stains out and most of the soil on the stair edges. I shall use them again.

I have used Chem Dry for all my professional cleaning for many years. They have taken great care in cleaning small area rugs, two large Persian rugs, indoor carpets , custom made throw pillows and a fifth wheel's rugs and upholstery. Chem Dry staff are very professional, courteous and respectful. Their incredible work is always completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Could not have asked for better service from booking the appointment to the cleaning itself. I was arranging carpet cleaning for my elderly mother who had been unable to keep up with her dog's accidents. Many of the stains were many months old and very set in and I did not have very high expectations as to what they could accomplish. John, the technician, was very patient in explaining the deep cleaning, stain removal and odor removing processes. Although not all the stains came out, which did not surprise me, I was relieved to know that the the carpet and the air my mother was breathing were so much cleaner and healthier. And, they were willing to send John back a few days later for another application of the PURT to work on the lingering odor. Thanks for all their help and excellent service - this was likely one of their biggest challenges!
