Staff was incredibly personable and friendly!!! Works really hard. Was on time. Called before he came in. And the price was too good to pass up. Look at others with 5 stars. And some place wanted 150 just for master bedroom. The price was so good! I had the whole house clean. And every year I know who I'm gonna call.

I brought my area rugs to be cleaned and what I got was take advantage of. My rugs have NOT been clean, vacuumed sure but not washed like they were supposed to be. For 120 bucks I had to drop them off and pick them up and I got a somewhat ok vacuum job.

This was the best carpet cleaning we have had in many years. Staff was very thorough, very careful with protecting our hardwood floors and wall corners. Very respectful, polite, prompt and did an amazing job on our carpets.

Ric does a fantastic job of carpets and is certainly very diligent on getting stains out and cares about the quality of service he gives. He books anywhere from 2/3 weeks out so book ahead! Definitely recommend

We and almost everyone in our extended family have been using Al-Care for our upholstery and carpet cleaning needs since the inception of the business....35 years! Most importanty, the quality of the works is always excellent. They are prompt, careful and professional. We feel the pricing is more than fair for the great work they do. Yesterday, they returned our clean area carpets and cleaned our sofa and two upholstered chairs. We are so pleased with the work. As always, we will continue to recommend Al-Care to our friends and neighbours.

I have had these guys clean our carpets about 4/5 times and they do such an amazing and thorough job. I had someone else do it once because I needed someone in that day and they didn’t do nearly as good of a job. I highly recommend these guys.
