Pas de raison de payer plus cher, la marchandise part du même entrepôt et sera livré chez vous comme partout ailleurs. Certainement une politique de prix à réviser de la part de RONA. Aussi pendant la pandémie, RONA aurait pu utiliser son importante capacité d'affaires pour offrir et annoncer un service de commande internet ultra-efficace et adapté à la pandémie, afin de se distinguer de CANAC qui lui en arrache pas mal. On s'est contenté de peu chez RONA. C'est malheureusement une belle occasion manquée de la part de RONA, j'aurais bien aimé. À quand des prix au moins aussi bas que ceux de CANAC de la part d'un géant comme RONA / Réno Dépôt / Lowes?

Bon ça c'est correct. c'est quand même long mais ok. Après 1 mois le service de shipping m'appelle pour me dire qu'ils ont juste le lave vaisselle et le four. Ils m'ont livré les deux items la semaine d'après de la date prévue initialement. Finalement livré le 19 aout au lieu du 13 aout. Nous sommes aujourd'hui le 29 septembre 2020, j'ai fait 12 actions de relance à Rona (par téléphone et en personne). En ce moment j'ai un frigo temporaire de chambre d'hôtel à 200$ (qui m'a été prêté le 14 septembre) pour une famille de 4 personnes. Et toujours pas de date à savoir quand je vais avoir le frigo acheté, ni de solution alternative. Rona ont voulu rentrer dans le marcher des électroménagers mais je vous incite fortement a aller acheter vos électros ailleurs. Ils ont en fait un très mauvais setup pour répondre au client. J'ai finalement eu mon frigo le 24 octobre 2020. J'aurais posé 17 actions de relance en tout.
