As I have seen many negative reviews regarding washroom not being open. This just to clarify that the washroom for this place is open. Yes there used to be an out of order sign but if you ask the staff member, they would let you use it. Overall this is a very convenient place to get gas and some munchies. Staff members are really friendly and helpful.. they would go out of their way to provide the best service they can..

One of the best gas stations in thunder bay. Excellent customer service as the staffs are kind, humble and polite. People who are commenting about washrooms, for the past 2 years and still we are going through a world pandemic. The government was requesting people to stay at home but people started travelling more. The only staff who is working at the site cannot sanitize the washroom for each and every customer using it. We have to think twice before commenting on something.

Worst experience every time at this gas station. You guys should work on fixing your restroom. I visited 12 times in last 3 years and I found it in working condition 2 times only. Rest of the time it is out of order. I think you expect Petro-Canada customers to fuel up from your gas station only and use the restroom at Esso or Shell across the lights.

For the SECOND time in as many weeks, I went to fill up at the 1063 Dawson Road stop 20 minutes after opening, and was left standing outside in the cold for upwards of ten minutes by the same staff. I know she saw me, as she motioned to me that she would be "one minute". I will now be taking my business elsewhere, and happily letting others in the City of Thunder Bay know exactly why.

If you bank with RBC you shouldn't bother getting gas elsewhere. If you have an HBC and/or CAA card, you earn points much faster. It only took me a few months to get enough points to redeem for a fuel savings card. Now I save 13 cents a litre, and every few times I'll get a car wash, which saves me an additional 5 cents per litre. I no longer bother driving out to the reserve!
