The staff were fantastic - almost made up for the horrible job the machines did on my clothes. The washing machines were filthy (full of soap crud in the dispensers) the water barely warm and my clothes smelled bad when I took them out of the washer. Many of the dryers had little metal snags inside and they barely got warm, even on high setting. I was NOT impressed with the machines. Had it not been for the wonderful service and helpfulness in carrying stuff for me (I'm disabled) I'd really slam this place. Will definitely be looking for someplace else.

The old lady working there is very unrespectful and mean. We got yelled at because we came back from a walk at 7:31PM although she had told us to come back before 7:30. Needs to work on her customer service skills. Place is very expensive, too, and although there is a big sign saying FREE WIFI, it doesn't work.

Owner said they have too many machines in the laundromat for the low water pressure supplied to the building. That is the reason that a load that says 31 minutes on the machine actually takes over an hour to wash. Avoid this place if you're on any kind of schedule. Signage alerting customers to the delays on busy days was advised, but due to the owners percieved opinion that his customers could not or would not read them resulted in the suggestion being quickly dismissed.

Great place to do your laundry! The machines are always clean. If you don't have time to do it yourself, the just drop it off, they will do it for you and they do an amazing job. It might even be ready the same day if you drop it off in the morning on your way to work. I've been using their services for well over a year now and may never own my own washer and dryer again! Stress free, no fuss, no muss...all my laundry from the week done in about 2 hours (give or take). ...and it comes home folded!

Good for laundry. They have soap option. They also provide change. Heavy duty washer machine is $8. Dryer is 0.25 per 3 minute. Parking is limited.

My belt is going on my machine and I wasn't able to get someone in to fix it right away so I used this laundromat. It was clean, the people working there + owner are all really nice people, they have many machines in different sizes, kinds and it's actually just very relaxing! I've decided to keep washing my clothes there, approximately 1/2 hour to wash, however many loads and I just come home to dry. (Sometimes I'll just do it all there) The cost is not expensive with each machine being a different cost depending on the size. I even found my water bill went down in cost! I would definitely recommend this place, oh and they have many people dropping off quilts etc to have washed... I just do my own there!

Horrible. I spent eight dollars to wash a large comforter in a triple loader and the woman would only sell me enough soap for a single load. It was as dirty when I left as when I came in.Stupid Rip Off.

Went in just before 7:30 pm and the lady there told me they shut the water off at 7:30 I could do a couple loads if I hurried and put them in. So wasn’t able to do all my laundry because I had more in my car that I would t have had time to go out to get before this supposed shut off time. I say this because if that were the case my clothes wouldn’t have been rinsed as the water would have been off. Will never go back ????

This place is always busy, which speaks for the satisfaction of the customers who use it. The cost is reasonable. The machines are clean. The only problem I had was the connection wifi Internet kept dropping out.

Clean, the staff is super friendly and they know their machines. They have a little coffee bar, which is sweet. The only inconvenience is that they don’t have a washroom and they don’t have plenty of parking. However, I’ve never experienced the parking lot being full so it’s not that big a deal. Overall, my favourite laundromat in Regina!

This place is great. The lady even out my comforter in the washer for me. My comforter dried in 15ons so told lady there's som time left for whoever and surprisingly she handed me about a buck and I tried to refuse it and she said no so it doesn't feel like we ripped you off was her comment...not sure if cause it's Father's day or not but very nice gesture and she even helped fold my comforter too.....in my life I never seen service like this at a laundromat. Their customer service is top notch and this is coming from a director of customer relations.
