They came to my house and cleaned my couch. He was very knowledgable and explained what he was doing and how he was cleaning it. it made me feel very secure that he got the scent and stains out, and they werent coming back. Very poor experience after carpet cleaning where my 60" TV was found broken. I had the TV working 100% just prior to clean, set it aside and turned on as soon as the carpets dried to find vertical lines and a mark of impact to the lower left corner (picture attached). Contacted manager who denied his employee would have done this, stated he would get back to me and has not. Would not recommend these cleaners to anyone. Response to owners response: The TV was moved to the side right beside the carpets. It's a 60" LCD TV, for you to state he "never even saw a large TV" is either false or shows the carelessness of the tech. We were using it right before the cleaners came with no damage, gently moved it over, so stating "it is more likely it broke when the tenants moved downstairs" (we moved upstairs?) is also false and deflective of the lack of accountability. Very disappointed with the professionalism of this service.

I had Dan come in to clean the carpets in my new to us home (2012) the carpets may have not necessarily needed to be cleaned, however we wanted to have a fresh start. We didn’t really notice much of a difference from before. I suppose maybe my expectations of having a more “fluffed” look and indents from previous furniture kind of reduced was beyond the procedure done because it didn’t really seem like it had that effect. Overall Ot was affordable, quick and the carpets dried quickly as well with the procedure he used. Thanks Dan

The company cleaner called in to say that he would be arriving early & if that was ok with us. He was fast at his work and did a great job except for not moving one of our furniture pieces back, so therefore where the chesterfield had covered a piece of the carpet, that part wasn't done. Called the company owner & explained the situation; he told me that the cleaner could come to fix it but I told him that it wasn't necessary & I would do that small piece myself. I was very disappointed, carpet cleaning went well till my key was missing and they didn't want to take ownership. Dan was rude and unprofessional for a business that should focus on customer service. Never again! You guys were rude and unprofessional, its not the property management's job to find a key you did not return to me. Put it in your policy that you feel returning the key is not your responsibility. I complained and told you I wouldn't let it go that why you eventually refunded the money. Its not only about carpet cleaning but customer service, being professional and accountable for errors YOU made. I didn't loose my own key...it was in YOUR possession... your response again is rude and not taking ownership...NEVER AGAIN!

Was very open to the schedule changes from my end!! they were friendly and professional. My only complaint would be the price and my scratched floors. When they arrived i asked for less work than initially requested. The price never changed from my initial quote when it should have. I also felt like it was a little high for the amount of work that was even done. less than an hour in the home, maybe 600 square feet, and now my floors are very very scratched from their equipment. While there is a huge difference from before, i wont ask for this company to come back based on those 2 things alone. Thankfully the landlord was okay with the floors being scratched, and understood it wasn't from me and im not being held responsible for that damage.

We had our main floor, couch and loveseat done. The couches looked absolutely amazing, as if they were brand new. With two large dogs, it was hard to keep them clean. Also, there is no longer a "dog smell" in the home. Great choice for carpet cleaners. Fast, efficient, and thorough!

Before booking them, I did a web search to see if their mission statement and advertised claims matched up with the reviews posted by past clients. I found that all of the reviews I came across were extremely positive for this company. When I called, they were able to accommodate my preferred date of service and were very prompt at returning my call and organizing the appointment. Peter carried out the cleaning and was prompt, very professional, thorough and attentive to all of the details that a customer appreciates. I had a grease stain in my den from my office chair and I had used some products on this previously, with no success. Peter was able to remove it and I would have to say that not since my carpets were new have they felt and looked so great. Their pricing was very competitive and reasonable, especially given the excellent level of service provided, and I will now definitely be using them as my cleaner of choice each year.
