I hired Red Deer cleaning services to come clean my home for the first time today. I hurt my shoulder and so I could not clean my own home. I have three kids and two dogs and a cat. My home gets messy quick. Azra showed up on time she was very friendly and personable. My house looks and smells amazing. This has lifted a huge amount of stress of my plate. Cleaning services well done. Unfortunately misquoted (under quoted) for move out clean, and surprised by much higher bill when complete. Discounted to bring final fee closer to quoted price, but still ended up paying more than quoted. Condo was 2 bdrm, 1 bath. Seems to be poor communication amongst managers/staff regarding process for quoting/fees. Would recommend improving quote/estimate process to allow customers to choose services with best pricing.

THESE ARE YOUR PEOPLE. We had a rental go sour. The house was in terrible shape when we got our keys back. I was so disheartened and knew it was not a job I could not handle on my own. I felt like this company were super heroes!! I called and it was very quickly handled from start to finish. I am so blown away by how fast and efficient they were. With amazing service. Adam came to clean the floor at our business, upon him leaving the floor was not clean by any means. The grout was half black and half white. He said it would take another $1000 to fully clean it, on top of what was already paid. After getting this approved, he set an appointment for 1 month in the future as he was "booked up". A month later he doesn't show up to the appointment without notice and isn't responding to text messages or calls. At time of writing it is 4 days since the scheduled appointment and I still have not heard from Adam. This is terribly unprofessional, I would not recommend Adam or his business red deer cleaning services to anyone looking for cleaning needs in the future. TLDR; Did poor job, then never showed up to second appoint to fix it. Doesn't answer phone afterwards. Waste of time, huge lack of respect. Do not recommend.
