I've used this company before and just used them again because our dog was sprayed by a skunk, got in the house, and rolled on our wool area rug before we realized she had been sprayed! Darcy picked up the rug quickly, cleaned it, and dropped it off again. The smell is completely gone and the price was really low. I would have paid a lot more to have the smell gone!

Mountain Fresh Chem Dry came through in a big way for us. The carpet at our tutoring facility (Sylvan Learning Centre in Red Deer) had several ground in dark & dirty high traffic areas where we were sure the carpet would not clean as well as less travelled areas. We called Vance and Darcy based on the positive recommendation from a good friend who was pleased with their work. We wanted our grout cleaned and sealed so we asked them for a quote. They were very reasonable for the service they offered and did a very good job. They also clean hardwoods and carpets using green, safe cleaning products. We would not hesitate to recommend them........ very impressed! Our tile looks like new.

He even came by and went over my stairs again, a few days later, free of charge because they were a high traffic area and he wasn’t satisfied after they dried the first time. Darcy was on time from Red Deer, very efficient in measuring the area to be cleaned, gave me an immediate quote and also offered to sanitize the bathrooms, boardroom and reception area. I left him to it, he texted me when he was done, I came in, inspected the work he had done, best carpet cleaning job we have ever had done, he got out hard to remove stains other could not! I would recommend him to anyone needing carpets or flooring cleaned!

Excellent service!!! So I had bought a second hand recliner for my mom just before she goes to into a senior home care. She has Alztimers and this is a hard step for her and I as she lives me full time atm Because the recliner was second hand I wanted it freshened up for her! I called this company first and Darcy told me he could do it but not until Monday evening. I told him I needed it done before she moved in on Monday day. This was on a weekend and he was super busy. I thanked him but told him I will call around and try to find someone who can get it done sooner. I called everywhere with no luck. Than on sat night, Darcy texts me asking if I found someone. I told him no. He said he will take time away from his other work and come do this for me. He said it was bothering him and he wanted to make sure it was done and done properly !!! I was so happy and relieved. I met him on Sunday morning at the home. He brought his work van and ran the hoses through her window on main floor and went to work. He was so quick and explained everything to me as he went. The chair is SUPER CLEAN and smells fresh and citrusy ????!! It's like a brand new chair for mom. I was truly impressed with his service , communication and kind heartedness! Thank you again Darcy. There are good humans out there!!! Oh and his products for cleaning are all Green and super safe for mom with all her sensitivities !!!!

He provided a full run down of how they are different from the others. He was very professional but not pushy. He knew we were in a hurry to get our carpets cleaned so he fit us into his busy schedule. I was home (with my dog) when he did our carpets. He was personable, very professional, and courteous. Darcy is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He disinfected and sanitized our boutique to help us continue to provide our retail services safely for our staff and customers alike. We have been sanitizing all of our commonly touched hard surfaces everyday, including our fitting rooms. Now it’s great to know we are clean and clear of any kind of virus or bacteria for a few months now, and we won’t have to continue wiping everything down between each guest which becomes time consuming and goes through so much product.
