Lynn altered my wedding dress and she did an amazing job! My dress had a lot of beadwork and where it needed to be taken in Lynn had to take the beads off, make the alterations, and then sew each bead back on in their intricate pattern. I was so impressed at the quality of work and the speed at which she got it done. I felt like the price was beyond reasonable for the amount of time and attention to detail that had to go into my dress. I would recommend to anyone!

It's a FIRST for me to try out dry cleaning as I have been buying coats lately. Coats are expensive so make sure to find a PROFESSIONAL dry cleaner to handle your clothes. Classic Cleaners is a good find. I'll be back for more dry-cleaning in the future.

I am getting married early June and my wedding dress took quite a long time to arrive so we had very little time to get all the alterations I needed. Absolutely fantastic service! I had a blazer that had a few stains from Vegas 2 years ago and I needed it cleaned ASAP for a trip. I don't normally do bad reviews but this has to be done to warn other customers if you are looking to have your white goose down duvet dry cleaned by them I would suggest otherwise. I've had 2 poor experiences in which the first time consisted of me receiving back my white goose down comforter that had a slight change of colour (peach hue), smelled awful and loss to the fill. I thought to myself maybe this was expected so I didn't think much of it. The second time I took it to them, it initially came back completely flat but even so the girl simply handed it to me like it was nothing. I questioned why it was so flat and was told by the girl it needed more time in the dryer approximately 30 min. In my head I was like then why would you give it to customer when you know full well it wasn't ready. So I agreed, left and came back to see how it was. The comforter felt like the down was all crumpled. The girl had no idea why it turned out that way as they've done countless ones before but she would have her manager look at it the following day and I would receive a call. So I left it with them, now I did get a phone call from the manager saying my comforter was basically ruined and the white goose down was now "dust". She said that unfortunately this can not be fixed, that this was in no way their fault and that it was essentially a manufacturer's defect because this is not the first duvet they've done. So no responsibility no looking into a possible mess-up from their staff and that I would have to get it covered through the manufacturer as they are not responsible. The best they can do was they will try their HARDEST to explain to them THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG "followed the instructions on the care package" and said due to the cost of the duvet there should be some sort of warranty. They did offer to refund me to the cost of the service a whole $50 which is absolutely nothing compared to the cost of the actual duvet($800+). So think again as this maybe another one of those I've never seen this before, I apologize but we are absolutely not going to do anything for you type of experiences. Thank you for giving me an absolute headache and ruining my vacation "Classic Cleaners".

So I specifically told them that I just want dry cleaning and nothing else. Went to pick up my clothes and they charged me again for stain removal service. It this point I decided that I won't go back.

This is the best dry cleaners in town, I’ve never been treated so well. I had a wedding so I needed my jacket back in 3 days, The seamstress had it done first thing the next day! They’re very professional and really nice people work there. This is the only place ill go for any alterations or dry cleaning or any tuxedo or suit rentals. Brought in a $700 Harry Rosen sport jacket to adjusted and got it back in a week with one arm longer than the other, string ends not clipped, and they used the wrong colour of thread. When I brought it back they offered no remorse or reason, or why this happened. I left with a $700 sport coat unfixable. They clearly have only altered coveralls in the past. I would NEVER suggest getting anything altered at Classic Cleaners & Tailors.

I cannot speak enough good things about Classic Cleaners dry cleaning services and their amazing customer service. I had my wedding dress ‘cleaned’ at Ethos in Calgary after my outdoor wedding. My dress was so dirty. When I picked up my dress at Ethos it was if it was never even cleaned. They charged me almost $500. I decided to take my dress to Classic Cleaners and they were more than willing to help me. Shanna, the manager, came to speak with me about the dress once she was informed about my situation. She was so kind and truly cared about helping me out by offering to clean my dress at a discounted price because I already paid so much at Ethos. I cannot remember the name of the other lady who greeted me when I first came in and explained the situation to but she was also so kind and caring. Thank you SO much Classic Cleaners for doing such an amazing job cleaning my dress. Your exceptional customer service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I truly cannot thank you enough. I just recently had a few of my blazers tailored this past week as well as a suit I purchased for a wedding that needed to be completed in a rush and I couldn't be happier with the work the girls at classic did for me days before they even said it would be ready! I use them multiple times per month for dry cleaning and they always do a thorough job in a very timely matter. If there is a stubborn stain they can't remove the first attempt they always are quick to reach out to you if your order may or may not be done on or before the original date quoted.
