J’en fais part lorsque je récupère mon vêtement et on me répond simplement : « il s’est trompé, ça fait 26,93 $ pareil. » sans excuse ni dédommagement pour m’avoir fait croire que c’était bon. Menteurs et voleurs, aucun professionnalisme, je n’y retournerai JAMAIS et ne le recommande à personne.

Au moment de déposer, j'ai insisté sur le nettoyage à sec et le lavage. Le préposé ne pouvait pas être dérangé par le passé répétant sans cesse "ils sauront quoi faire".
