Toutefois, lorsque c’est une erreur, je me serais attendue à une certaine compréhension et un minimum de service à la clientèle. Suite à l'avoir informé que ça serait bien la dernière fois que je viendrais comme cliente, il a finit par me rembourser en argent mais en bougonnant et en continuant de me faire sentir comme étant celle qui a fait l'erreur, ce qui est impossible car je ne connaissais même pas le produit qu'il a utilisé pour le remplissage et ça fait 2 ans que j'utilise le même shampoing....ouf expérience vraiment désagréable

Le plupart des produits sont bios, il y a une belle panoplie de trucs zéro déchets comme les couche lavables, serviettes sanitaires lavables, des recouvre table à langer en tissu... plusieurs trucs intéressants pour les nouveaux parents (bavettes, caches couches, ustensiles pour bébé, gobelets, ...), beaucoup d'autres produits écolo comme les savons de la savonnerie des Diligences, des brosses à dents en bambou, des dentifrices, savons, baumes à lèvres, produits soins de peau, savon de Marseille, ... À toutes les fois où j'y suis allé, j'ai discuté avec les employés. Ils connaissent bien leurs marchandises, le responsable est très gentil et il a beaucoup de jasettes... Quand je vais faire mon tour pour voir leurs nouveaux produits et remplir mon vrac, je m'organise pour pas être pressé comme ça, j'ai le temps de tout regarder et de jaser relax avec les employés sur place.
