10/10 recommend. The Spotless Dry Cleaners on 15th Ave. is very clean and well maintained. Rebecca was friendly and went out of her way to answer any questions I had and even walked me through proper use of the machines when I asked about the dryers. When she wasn’t helping customers she was endlessly cleaning and wiping things down. It was a warm and inviting space with a relaxing environment. All the washers and dryers take loonies. There is a change machine available onsite as well. Great service. Great staff.

Not too crowded, very nice staff. Modern amenities and low prices. Edit: they coax you into giving them good reviews with pop. Nonetheless, still a decent place. Four stars. Second Edit: I'm putting them back up at five stars because the cashier told my mum that I was very polite which made me feel happy inside ????????

I'm in town for a brief stay and required a clean, convenient place to clean my work clothes. The facility is clean, tidy and the machines are available without a wait. There are various sized machines to use for a variety of load sizes pending your requirement. You've got access to a change machine without the hassle of asking an attendant to count it out for you. Overall, I'm impressed and I can say that I will be back when I'm near and here for work. Service was very friendly. I would recommend this place if you're in the need for clean clothes. Thank you for the great customer service. :)

Best laundromat I've been to! Location and machines are clean. Several newer HUGE machines to get all the laundry done fast! Costs less and is faster than using the laundry machines in my apartment building.

Most of the machines are used by the dry cleaners so a lot of waiting. Despite saying free Wi-Fi they don't actually give it out at all. A bit annoying when you are paying a bit extra to wash compared to other laundromats.

I went in to do some laundry and was absolutely floored by the prices. $5 for a tiny wash! $10 for a normal sized wash! It's sickening how they are taking advantage of people on low-incomes and forcing them to pay such ludicrous prices.

I had a king size down comforter to wash and the attendant was very helpful and knowledgeable. The extra large washer was clean and worked great. The dryer seemed new and was very clean. The waiting area was clean and I would absolutely recommend this location to others.

I brought in a comforter to be cleaned that my elderly cat peed on. Asked before hand if this was something they could clean and they said yes. Was there for a week, i paid and picked it up. The comforter was still stained and smelled like cat urine. Not impressed at all. Very disappointed.

Needed a cruise vest mended before leaving for camp, seamstress had it done in one day and did an AMAZING job, lined and added structure to the pockets.

I use a laundrymate once every couple of months if i have lots do to, so when i do i choose this one. The selection of machines so i can get it all done quickly. Granted the staff are not always the friendliest when you need help and the price is nearly tripple that of my apartment building for the same size load machines; it is quiet enough i can sit comfortably and read or take off and do other things and not worry about my personal items. Also, an automatic door would be appreciated for those with other form of mobility other then walking.

I haven't been to a laundry mat before, but this lady was so helpful in directing me which machines to use, she is such a friendly person. I would recommend to come here for laundry services. There are different size machines for your needs. An it won't take long to do.

I took my very basic living room curtains in to get 2' cut off and the new ends hemmed. As they're literally just 2 plain sheets of fabric, it's a VERY basic 10 min job (I don't own a sewing mashing or I'd of done it myself). I was told a week to pick them up - they weren't done & it ended up taking an extra day. Just went to get them today and they want $53.50!!! For an extremely simple hem job!! I refuse to pay that much for a simple hem job....utterly disgusting that they think they can force customers to pay ridiculous amounts while holding our property hostage. I was expecting $20-$25 at the MOST!! I can go pick up 4 brand new curtain panels for the price they they want to charge me to hemmed one side of 2 panels!!

Place is clean, great service, but I’m giving it one star because of the price to wash and dry one small load of clothes. $5 for washing and $5 for the dryer or more. That’s $40 a month ouch!!

I tok in 1 large bag and 2 small Safeway bags of laundry to have them washed. I asked at the time of drop off I asked should I put the other 2 small bags of laundry into the larger one. The response was no it's ok. Upon pick up the following day many items were missing and most were from the small 2 bags. I called upon noticing the following day and at the end of same business day they found the items, except 4 days after the fact were still missing items. I will never use their laundry services again.

We were stuck in town for an extra week then expected, so had to do laundry. This place is very clean, bright, easy to work around, and Richard was eager to help with anything. Bonus smells like heaven! 10/10 would recommend and would come back!

Took a winter coat for dry cleaning. Used a coupon for 20 ℅ off. Came out to $33 and the it was a horrible job. Pathetic place and very poor customer service. A company that is monopolising drycleaning in P.G. and leaving more people than me unsatisfied Go to Western Cleaners !!
