The last two times I was here it was the worst experience! The first time was 2 months ago and because I had crumbs from the kids and the smallest amount of dog hair, they charged me an extra dirty fee. This week I took the truck and same thing, same dirtiness and I was told that my truck is so dirty that it will take them a few hours and an extra $150 on top of the already $80 I was willing to pay. Needless to say, I took my truck home and washed it myself, inside and out, spotless in half an hour (including the kids car seats). But you know... Sometimes you just don't want to do it yourself and have someone else do it for you. Since when does a car wash only clean "CLEAN" vehicles?? So disappointing!

Absolutely worst car wash in town. Picked the car up after paying $60 for an inside and out wash. Inside was completely filthy- barely a light brush with a dirty cloth. When we asked to speak to the manager he was extremely confrontational and said “that’s what you get for an inside and out.” I find it hard to believe when other ‘detailing’ shops in town charge $15 less for way better service (and they treat you like a paying customer....). So to the manager who told me of 300 cars a day and not a single complaint - please look at your 3.6 star rating. I think it tells me otherwise

I just picked up my wife's Santa fe. I paid 48 dollars for an interior/exterior wash and the interior was barely touched. The mats were washed but that's it. Door sills, dash, door handle pockets, gearshift, armrests...nothing was clean. Won't be back and strongly recommend you don't take your vehicle here.

Such a waste of time trying to get a car wash from these people. I called in advance and told them I needed some throw up cleaned from the floor of my car and they said no problem, brought it in and again told them what needed to be cleaned and they said come back in 20 mins, I come back and they didn’t do anything and said it was too dirty and that I should have cleaned it before bringing it in, and then sent me on my way

I worked there 15 years ago....its overpriced and likely that you will have your paint taken off your car. Nick is full of himself and the staff are underpaid terribly. We always tried to (up sell) all the packages, eventhough it included not much more than a cheap wheel spray and colourful "tri foam" that only smelled good and did nothing for your vehicle. You were lucky to get a trained employee that hated his job enough to vaccuume the change from under your seat just to have a tip to take home. $54 Dollars for an ultimate package is a rip off. Get the in and out no wax and youll be happy

Will never be coming back here. Over-priced and rude service. The car was filthy after I got it back, I had to ask the one gentleman to give it a second clean. There is no attention to detail whatsoever as anything under the seat or in the doorjams/crevices etc were just left dirty. The owner needs to lighten up as he is a rude fellow to deal with.

Exterior was good. Interior was done poorly, a quick vacuum and windows washed. Seats were not cleaned at all. Expensive for the service advertised. This place used to be great. I doubt I'll even go back for the earned free wash!

Heads up. They require you to let them drive your car. I have a sensive convertable that I wanted to drive through myself. They told me a flat unfriendly no. I left.

Cleaned my jeep really good. Just was alittle shocked that it was 66.00 the attendant said 49.99 didn't say anything about paying 3.00 for suv. And shampo 10.00 Other than that I was satisfied. It was quick.

Worst customer service experience ever! Employee and manager were rude and talked down to me. A case of pop exploded in the cold, in my car, and I went to get it cleaned. They refused and they explained it would be $300 to clean it. Will never receive my business ever again.

Going down hill. Used to go all the time. Now every time it’s poorly done. Entire middle and driver’s side console/dash were not touched. Driver’s side door not touched. For $50 VERRRRY POOOOR quality clean. ???? Will not go back. Do it yourself!!!

I went in for the Ultimate package, for the first timer getting my car detailed. The man running the front desk was very helpful, and the men that greeted me as I pulled up were also helpful. However, almost as soon as I got back into my car, I was disappointed; there were missed spots, and I quickly remembered that the manager who helped me earlier had mentioned that I would be asked for my choice of car fragrance. I was not asked. I would not recommend getting their "deluxe" options as the quality of work does not live up to the higher price tag.
