Came from another province for a wedding in ON. Both of us were in the wedding party. Dress and suit needed pressing after being packed in luggage. Picked up items on Friday before the wedding on Sunday, got them home and realized the suit had a big crease on the left elbow and the brand new bridesmaid dress had a stain on it that wasn't there when we dropped it off! Needless to say, we weren't thrilled. But Raj offered to fix it. We brought it back that same day, and he promised to have the suit pressed again and that he would work on the dress Saturday morning and both would be ready by 1pm Saturday. We came back at 1pm Saturday and all was good! No additional charge either after initial payment. Good customer service, especially in the face of an error on their part.

Took my wedding dress here. They told me to come back in 2 weeks, I came back in 3 weeks to be sure it would be done when I picked it up. When I came in to pick it up, they gave me the wrong dress and couldn't find mine. I had to show/send them pictures of what my dress looked like so they could find it because they didn't know where it was. Later they called me to let me know they found it and got it cleaned. The cleaning was well done, but I needed my dress for a photoshoot later that week and I came from out of town, and wouldnt be back in town again, so I had to leave work early that day to give myself time to pick it up and be able to pick up my daughter from school on time. I asked what they could do for me for my inconvenience of leaving work early and the crazy amount of stress they caused me and of the $200 I paid, they could only take off the tax. I was not impressed and won't be going here again.

I took my couch cushions to them thinking, because they're professional cleaners they could get the urine smell out from my potty training child. It's seems as though they simply steam cleaned them without even using any cleaners/deodorants. Because they still smelt the same when I got them back. He gave me a spray when I told him they still stunk. They also charged me $75 if I used cash, and if I used debit I would've had to pay $75 plus taxes. Never felt so ripped off in my life!

I brought them two rugs one of which was dry clean only , I told them that. Plus it said dry clean only on a tag on the back . When I got them back they had clearly used water on it because it was absolutely ruined, further more they freyed all the edges I the rug and in an attempt fo cover up their knowledge that it was dry clean only they ruined the tag so you could not read it. I would have been better off burning it. Don't go here!!!

I have hired Crown Cleaners for years, annually to clean the carpet at our church, and occasionally our house. When Terry was doing the work, I was always very happy with the professional service. On occasion, Brent did the work himself, and I had no complaints. But there have been times when they've had employees who were inexperienced, and the quality suffered. For the last couple years they've had a new guy who seems competent, so I will continue to use them.

Update: Appreciate owner reaching out to explain the 11am cutoff time for same day but nowhere was that posted online or in-store. For a place that claims same day cleaning, awfully funny how I was offered a date 3 days from drop-off. Price not phenomenal either at $31 to clean a suit. At least the quality of the cleaning was good but I will likely stick Victoria Hills Laundromat and Cleaning going forward...

We had a flooded basement from a broken water line that froze. There is carpet in 3/4 of the basement and bare cement in the laundry room where the drain is. Crown was hired to come in and do the flood cleanup and dry out everything. We went back after about 3 weeks and started putting furniture in and found there was a musty smell and wet spots in the carpet. Further investigation found that what they had done was raised the carpet in a few areas and put in fans which dried the carpet, however they neglected to pull up the water soaked underlay! It was totally water logged and had to be removed completely and replaced. A call to Crown’s owner got us a “not our responsibility” response, no apology or offer to assist with making it right....”underlay is cheap” was the response. Very poor customer service and I would definitely not recommend this company!!

As a Neighbor aware of your Rental - I just witnessed a bald man on the deck of your property - shouting at a woman as she walked to her vehicle. This man was yelling and using profanity. We have talked to other neighbors about this as well. We would like you as a Good Businessman to address this house.

I had two Santa suits to get dry cleaned for some special events for some very special children and I don't normally get garments dry cleaned so I'm not too familiar with pricing and or the process. When I went to crown cleaners I was greeted by a very lovely and friendly women, her laugh was reason enough to go there. Her boss called me next day with details and pricing, by the time I picked up the costumes I was overwhelmed by their kindness. Lets just say random acts of kindness especially around Christmas should be repaid tenfold. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be bringing my business here again.

As a concerned family member - Your Rental at 1348 1st street East is Creating a world of problems for the Tax Payers. As my brother has mentioned regarding our Family. My Family has been reduced to having other neighbors retrieve her mail. The numerous tenants living at this house should be your second concern. Do you add these people to lease? What has to happen for you to take ownership of your Rental. A Child getting bite ? As for replying to my brother and staying this isn’t Crown Cleaners business - You send your employees over in uniform and work vehicles to cut the lawn at this Property. What is the difference of your staff taking care of your Rental?

First visit was for an alteration. I needed a rush on it and was pleasantly surprised to be able to pick it up the following afternoon. Staff were friendly and polite and even pressed the item for me. The price was also very reasonable.Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I will say it was fast service but came to realize why. Our furnace never skipped a beat, also will note it is a newer furnace, they came cleaned and furnace never worked after, also never told us, lucky it was during a warm spell, we never had heat for 4 days other then two electric fire places. After getting it fixed $2000 later we contacted them about this issue, pretty much got put off, they asked for the old parts which we took to them. After 2 months later and many times contacting them. We now get a response that they are not doing anything about it!! Very frustrating to go through this. Spend the extra word of advise!!!
