First off, he was punctual. Arrived when he said he would. Even texted me half an hour before he arrived to let me know he was running on time. He was very thoughtful of our property, and took steps to keep everything clean. He used a flashlight to show me the dirt and mould in the heat pump before he cleaned it. He attached some sort of plastic bib, or bag to the bottom of the unit to keep the cleaning solution or dirt from getting on the wall. Once he was done, he again let me look inside the unit to see that it was no clean. He was courteous and professional. Next time I need my heat pump cleaned, I will call Pure Air again.
