Love this place. Clean machines, competitive pricing, lots of dryers.... good dryers too, fairly decent crowd that uses the facilities (if you understand ptbo at all), good lighting and you feel safe going there. The owners are a hoot to chat with too

I took in a pair of ugg boots to be cleaned when I went to pick them up they were a different colour. When I asked why that would be I was told that they were not dyed which they clearly were. My only recourse was sending them back to the "company that ruined them", which made no sense, I then asked for my money to be returned which they refused although they had clearly ruined 2 month old $250 boots!! What happened next was beyond insane, the clerk behind the counter proceeded to say that my daughter had no idea what she was talking about because she had just suffered an extremely traumatizing life event (I won't say exactly what she said out of respect for her and her situation which was is much more respect then we were shown). I literally have never experienced anything as blatantly disrespectful and frankly bizarre. If they are subcontracting to other business's that ruin people's property they are RESPONSIBLE, business 101!!! Disgusting , don't go! Oh and you have to actually give a star to write a review they deserve 00000 stars!

Had a king size comforter bedspread dry cleaned and they ruined it - material faded and the stuffing was all lumpy. Have to throw it away! Not happy!

I have been taking my shirts and suits to GRAINGER'S CLEANERS for four years now... the service and quality of work is "exceptionally good" . Would highly recommend this business. Had alterations done here as well... must say the results prove they know what they are doing.

Good place but multiple homeless men keep coming in to use the washroom everyday. Security should do washroom checks when front business shope is closed. All they do is drive around the building. In reality they should be only doing an inside building check instead of property eye scanning then leave.

Was in this establishment doing laundry as many times before the owner opened up on Saturday was very rude with a customer that was having difficulty with one of the washing machines accepting the change so he told this customer in a very very rude attitude to move his stuff on top of the machine as he would have to remove the top of the machine in order to fix the problem ,,,as he storms off muttering under his breath returning and banging the tools down on the top of the machine like a 4 year old loud enough I'm sure everyone heard , maybe this person should not be engaging with the public if he is going to react in this manner to a customer just trying to support this individual's business especially when there are so many other options in the area to give ones business too.

I have been coming here for a few years now and have never had an issue. Clean laundromat and lots of machines. This is my second time here this month where the machines don’t fill up with water they just put enough in to get the clothes wet and they just spin around wet. When I spoke to the people who work here they said it’s normal (it’s not I use these machines all the time) and that I should go somewhere else. I spend a couple hundred here a month doing laundry I guess not anymore. Extremely disappointed!!!

Absolutely destroyed my wedding dress by ignoring the garment label and washing it twice with water when it explicitly stated not to. Then they appeared to iron it on high. When we picked it up it was modled with discoloured with burnt patches and threads lose everywhere. The owner was rude and combative from the very minute we voiced concerns. Don't bring your valuables here!

This laundry mat is disgustingly dirty. I would never put my clothes in these machines. There is a much cleaner and cheaper laundromat at george and Lansdowne.

Manager/Owner was rude and combative. I just needed change and machine was not working. I suggested he let the manager know. He was quick to clarify that was him and he really didn't care about the issue. I won't back

Dropped in my white jacket on Monday because it had 3 brown spots I could not get out with Tide-to-Go. Lady said it would be ready by Thursday (wow... 4 days???). When I went to pick it up, spots were still there with a little notice - . So I figured there would be no charge: said the lady < We spent time and effort, and we still pressed it. $9.45 please><..but you didn't clean it, which is why I brought it in!>... Nope, I had to pay. I went home, used a Q-tip and a drop of bleach - spots are gone. Cleaners? I don't think so. Pressers, and expensive at that. And slow. And not very polite either.

I had items dry-cleaned for the first time and told the employee that when I entered. He was super nice and helpful. He looked up what I could expect the prices to be and explained everything. When I picked my items up it was the same employee, who again was wonderful. I had 2 blankets and 2 pairs of dresspants cleaned. I was a little worried about the one blanket because it was a loose knit but everything is in perfect shape. :)

Well the owner likes to call People a/s/s holes and insult them for having a medical reasons for no mask demands to see proof of medial history which is NOT ALLOWED fair warning to everyone to avoid this place if you have a disability or come to this place with someone with a disability
