(Translated) Three starters menu + salad accompanied by a Chardonnay. Two salmon tartare and delicious lobster puff pastry. Delicately seasoned dishes which allows you to taste the fish and shellfish. Salmon and lobster ballotine: less successful. Lots of salmon, little lobster. Questionable choice to serve it cold. Very tasty Caesar salad. Wine list limited due to covid19. (Original) Menu trois entrées + salade accompagné d’un Chardonnay. Tartare deux saumons et Feuilleté de homard tout à fait délicieux. Plats délicatement assaisonnés ce qui permet de bien goûter le poisson et le crustacé. Ballotine de saumon et homard : moins bien réussie. Beaucoup de saumon, peu de homard. Choix discutable de la servir froide. Salade César très goûteuse. Carte de vins limitée en raison de la covid19.

My husband and I went for dinner here. The hotel is very nice and the restaurant is classy. We both had the lobster linguine which was absolutely delicious, especially after a long day of hiking on Bonaventure Island. The service was impeccable and we felt very safe (COVID), they had a good protocol in place. We would definitely recommend.

(Translated) We did not sleep or eat at this pretentious hotel. We went there to make a dinner reservation. Welcomed by a poster which gives them a three-star rating, placed upside down in protest, unnecessary discomfort, we proceed. A young lady informs us, as soon as our question is asked, that they require a deposit of fifty dollars for the reservation of a table. So we turned around and left this establishment to go to another restaurant, where we ate very well, for half the price. Dear Normandy, if you are so popular, why the unsightly worry of not filling your dining room? (Original) Nous n'avons ni dormis, ni mangé dans cet hôtel prétentieux. Nous nous y sommes rendu pour y faire une réservation pour souper. Accueillis par une affiche qui leur confère une note de trois étoiles, posée a l'envers en signe de protestation, malaise inutile, nous procédons. Une demoiselle nous informe, sitôt notre question posée, qu'ils exigent un dépôt de cinquante dollars pour la réservation d'une table. Nous avons donc fait volte face et avons quitté cet établissement pour aller dans un autre restaurant, où nous avons très bien mangé, pour la moitié du prix. Chère Normandie, si vous êtes si populaire , pourquoi cette inquiétude disgracieuses de ne pas remplir votre salle a dîner?
