VERY FRUSTRATED ON THE INABILITY TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ON THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL. WE HAVE LEFT MESSAGES AND CALLS DO NOT GET TRETURNED. NOT BEING ABLE TO PURCHASE WITHOUT AN EMAIL KINDA SUCKS.

Don’t recommend this place at all. Stopped in for some industrial cleaner that was designed and safe for aluminum rims that would remove dullness and some tar/asphalt that I had stuck to my rim. The guy named Kyle behind the counter was very rude and very unfamiliar with the product line. Was told several times that they don’t make anything like that, I asked him several times to look online for something that I was sure they made something that would work however he wouldn’t even make an attempt to help and just sat behind at the desk. I did a quick google search myself and found numerous products. Each one I was told wasn’t available?? Eventually I found something that They had in the store that I figured might work called Aluminum Brite. I purchased it and then asked what the directions for use was and was told it was on the label. It was like pulling teeth but I got him to explain the process and then found out I needed to purchase an additional $2 spray bottle which wasn’t included in the $150 price that I just paid, no discount on the product I purchased that I found myself and they wouldn’t even give away a $2 cheap spray bottle so I could use the product. Don't waste your time going to this place. Kyle is useless

I would appreciate having a way to contact them via phone, where I can actually get ahold of a service rep, and a better customer-service designed way to get attention to be let in rather than knocking and looking through windows, but service was friendly and efficient. My experience with them was unfortunate at first, I came a little earlier to pick items up and they were not around, despite the location being open 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and I came at 11:30 am. Either way, the gentleman was good in the end so just come on time, not too early not too late, though I was late by 15 minutes when I returned since I couldn’t get any service when I came earlier. Zep: Please consider adjusting your phones so people can call and speak to an agent directly, and add a doorbell or keep doors unlocked during service hours

Tried to order some paper towels about 2 weeks ago And i was given a email address and set up an account and have I received no email confirmation yet. I have sent several emails and messages and have received no information or no account activation as of yet. If you're going to go to this store please don't, it seems like they don't care about their customers.
