During my first conversation with Total Restoration, Sharlene told me to relax and sit back and they would take care of everything and they did exactly that. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and our house got back to normal. TJ especially stood out as he was on site for most of the repairs and even though my dog barked at him constantly he was always smiling and got the work done as promised. Total Restoration did an amazing job at our house. It was a hard time to see all our stuff destroyed by a flood. From the day we called them to the day they finished, it was 3 weeks. I have heard from friends who used other companies that it took up to 6 months. No waiting at Total. They were saviors. The workers were so great to deal with. Nice and patient.
