I'm fortunate that I had already put a good layer of wax on The old x5!!!. I mention this, as the majority of the selections available had either issues engaging or even working correctl to make sufficient use if.! This being said, the time In which it took the sprayer to switch from a Simple Soak mode into spraying visibly recognizable soap water was almost three minutes!! All in, I would say the time for the modes to corrrectly switch between one another had eaten at least 5 to 6 minutes into my total wash. Money i could have saved for a next time.... however I do not believe I will be returning to this location any time soon due to this issue.

At the car wash about 2:30 March 20 and received a great car wash as we always experience here. Attendant, however, was very rude, not doing a proper pre clean of wheels etc. as usually done. Insulted us when we wanted our card initialed us. Complained of being busy but had time to chant for 8 minutes with a friend. while cars were waiting

This is actually my favorite car wash in town. I like that you can drive through or wash your car yourself. It's usually busy so be prepared for that. You can even get an air freshener, wipe down cloths at the vending machines.

Paid for most expensive wash, hand wash plus touch less. Gave $6.00 tip uo front as windshield and rims dirty from hi way drive. Didnt check car till home. Rims still dirty, not grease I can wipe it off with fingers. Tried to call, phone on fax. Went back they offered to do it again, good i thought.... Git guy to check it when I came out of touchless, he dusted off a few spots, said all good. Left site, checked rims still have easily removable dirt. Never again. Also rinse is supposed to contain rainex. I commented that after first wash it was raining and no sign of rainex protection. Second time he said chemicals just been serviced so should be good this time. Nope, rain on way home, no beading if water. One other thought, they use same brush on dirty rims and body, potential scratching risk with grit I would think

I had gone here several times before. Today I got out of my car to enter my pin# as my tap doesnt work and I couldnt reach. Some short little guy just started yelling at me. I couldnt even explain myself. He continued to come back 2 more times and yelled some more in an agressive manner. He obviously is an off balance person, who failed to recognise not only am I the customer but am half his age and twice his size. Reading through the comments he has done this before. Perhaps next time I will get out and see how brave he is? Couldnt imagine him going off on an elderly person.

'Super' is certainly not the word I would use to describe this car wash. I went on Saturday September 1st. I spent $18.50 and left with a vehicle that still needed to be washed when I got home. I complained to the attendant; I asked him what kind of soap they were using because they were no subs and the fluid felt like nothing more than water. I used the brush that was dispensing pink soap, so pink that it actually colored three plastic attachments on my vehicle, as well as, my hands. I told the attendant to look at the dirt and explained that this is just dust and highway dirt, the vehicle has not been off road. He took the wand and started spraying himself,as if he had the magic touch, but the results were no better. He told me that 'no' car wash will get that off. I told him that it was my first visit and it will be my last, normally I use the car wash further down the street, which for some incredible reason is able to get the dirt off but thought I would give this place a try. An $18.50, and two hour (had to complete job at home) mistake. He told me to come back to talk to the manager, I asked about the owner, he told me his name is Paul John and he lives in Vancouver. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone! I wish I could attach pictures as it is bizarre how the pink soap in the brush stained everything but also I would love to be able to show the dirt that it would not remove....crazy.

The automatic wash stopped working as we we're inside. The lights told us to back up, so we backed up. The wash just then completely died. The attendant told us we would have to go through again and reset it. Not wanting to wait in line again, the driver asked to have her money refunded. The attendant refused. She then asked for a voucher to come through at another time. The attendant then started an argument with her, saying it wasn't their fault that she wrecked the computer. Frustrated, the driver left, with soap stained windows and money paid for nothing but the worst service I have ever seen.

This is the only car wash I frequent in town. Every time it's been great but today I went through and after parking at a nearby shop I noticed my car was still filthy. It looked like it never went through. I went back to see what could be done and I was told it was a dirty summer and tar will not come off on cars. Well it's not tar, there's finger prints all around. It just the usual dirt and dust. I was told if I wanted it clean I could use a brush. Interesting as this has never happened prior and he never even looked at my car. The cycle did seem shorter than usual. I'd avoid the second bay I think it doesn't do a good job. Just saying.

Holy wow...so non attentive today. Just asked nicely to get my windshield brushed with soap and the attendant was way more into just yapping it up with some other guy on a bike, not even a customer! So I got out after waiting and waiting and before I drove into the laser wash to do it myself. Should be a one star after this but the wash itself was not too bad. Hire employees there to do the JOB paid for to do!

First I love the convenience of a credit card swipe to get me started (just remember to cancel at end or you may be washing someone else's car). The wax and soap for the wand and brush are always at a good strength to remove dirt and dust. The stalls are cleaned regularly and the price is pretty fair. I use the wax as a rinse and my GMC always sparkles heading back out on the road.

What a dilapidated establishment. The payment terminal was held together with duct tape, the brush wand hose leaked at the connection where the hose connects to the swing arm in the roof, so I was covered in soap by the end. The wash bays are also very small compared to other establishments, so it is very difficult to keep the hose off your vehicle. After the hose is also covered in soap it makes it especially infuriating. They do have a larger bay but that gets a line up quick and fills up with smaller vehicles anyway. I tried this facility a few weekends in a row with the same experience ever time. The one positive is that they don’t charge for detailing when youre at their vacuums.

I was confronted by a customer accusing me of yelling at the attendant which I had not done. I told the customer repeatedly that it was none of their concern and to leave. They ignored my requests and stood there with arms crossed staring at me outside of my car window. Then the attendant, a small man with a mustache joined in defending the customer and berating me and encouraged the hostile customers behaviour. When I went to leave I was angry and was then taunted by both the customer and employee to just leave and that they didn't want me there anyways and it was good that I was leaving. The attendant then came back encouraging me to get back in line and was suddenly friendly. I did get back in line and got my car washed but I left feeling bewildered and angry. I felt bullied by these two. I do not recommend this business especially if you are a woman and go there alone. I was humiliated and treated disrespectfully by two men one of whom was an employee.

Several of the setting on the car wash (that I waited in line for) were not working. No signage to let people know this before being at the coin machine to pay. Not the end of the world but frusterating. So I decided I would forgo waiting in line again and go clean the interior. I put $6 in coins in the vac/spot cleaner machine. The spot cleaner ran out of soap after 2 spots in the back seat. I switched it to vacuum setting and the suction was non existent. I decided at this point I would go let someone know, and ask for them to get the vacuum working or refund me so I could use the other machines. I spent 10 minutes looking for and employee and called twice with no luck. Long story short, no service to speak of and equipment in poor repair. So many better option on this town.

Go to the husky on the west side of town, I went there after this place since my car wasnt clean. Husky was cheaper and cleaned better. The pre-soak didn't work(on any stall), the attendant even confirmed this after I went to inform him. Following this, the high pressure soap had next to no soap in the water. It didn't clean my car anymore than just straight water would.

I like the touchless option. The gents who work here will take a brush to windows and wheels before your car enters the carwash. The negative here is there is option a wait of 10 to 20 minutes, time for me to make calls and catch up on paperwork. The vacuum cleaners and upholstery cleaner have come in handy as well.

The Super wash has several bays for coin operated pressure wand cleaning that is cheaper than the automatic bays. Large enough for Big Trucks and vehicles. And moterhomes. Also vacuums and area to detail your vehicle.

I've been coming here for years and usually have good experiences with there autaumatic wash. Today I had an issue with my car coming out of the Autaumatic wash with a layer of dirt still on it. The staff member Pete helped me out and was very professional he offered another wash for free just to make sure my veichle left clean. Would recommend this place, in most cases the automatic wash is great and when not they're professional at making things right.

Had a question about the undercarriage wash on the touch less wash, Questioning its efficiency. The owner was instantly defensive, and started to raise his voice saying He’s never had a complaint about it before. To be clear i drove through a snowstorm in the mountains and wanted to ensure the salt was off my car, so i opted in for the touch less specifically for the under carriage wash. Of course only the most expensive and second most expensive touch less wash offers under carriage washes. After driving through its 4 min process i checked the undercarriage with my hand to find mud and grit still present. I asked the owner if it was working to get his response, then i proceeded back into his wand wash bay to hand wash it properly, Spending another 4.50 on top of the 18 for the autowash. Just a bit of professionalism wouldn’t have gone amiss

Great service! Attendant was so friendly and worked his butt off to get my summer bugs off my vehicle. Brown, hair, mustache (unfortunately didn't get his name). He was awesome and was working incredibly hard to get all the vehicles through.
