Rooms dirty. Old dirty beer cans and garbage under the beds that hadn't been cleaned prior to us. Shower head broken. Hide a bed full of cigarette burns, very dirty and worn. Not a place I would recommend or return to. Only positive is location.

Friendly staff, clean updated rooms, and quiet! Our neighbouring room was a young family, there were guests upstairs and we couldnt hear a peep from our room. Extremely close walk to the lake. Fantastic! They even offered to lend out sports equipment for the nearby park! Lovely.

Nice location, close to beach, parks and good ice cream. Rooms was nice size and we even had a separate room. However the floor was very dirty to the point that we couldn't walk on it without sandals. Nice that it had aircon but it was loud and super noisy to a point where we had to decide between good temperature or being able to sleep without it sounding like a truck was reving above our heads. And the drains was all blocked and took ages for water to drain. Other than this okay.

Great location and decent suite, if you just want a place to crash it would be great. The kitchen was reasonably stocked and the unit had all that we needed. The bed wasn’t great. If you want to leave before 9am you need to let them know in advance so you can leave the keys. That was a bit frustrating.
