Came home after a long work trip with a big suitcase full of dirty clothes. Dropped it off and picked it up 2 hours later clean dry folded $30. Worth it

Friendly staff, clean machines. I love dropping off my laundry and picking it up clean and folded. They also offer a very professional ironing service. If you have never slept on pressed sheets, you haven't lived! ETA: I know the owner of this business personally. The reviews alluding to him being a creep and worse is completely false and uncalled for.

Used the biggest machine for Queen size comforter and did the job. Facility is in good condition and clean.(the missing 5th star: bring your own detergent due to the automat just take your money and will not release the package)

I used wash-dry-fold service at Skaha Laundry for over six months and would NOT recommend it. The customer service was better before they lost one of their best employees who was surely undervalued. This is not a friendly place despite the fact that I always tip too much based on the interaction and service I have received. They have lost a few of my items, most recently a favourite pair of pants. When I called to talk to the business owner about it he stated that was impossible because they always check the machines. I asked why I have received other peoples laundry mixed in with mine then? Well then he back tracked, still never apologizing. Saying they get lots of socks and shirts mixed up, but not pants. Please! This is not the type of person you want to do business with. I stayed so long because they are close to my house but I have now switched to penticton laundromat across town. I will review their services in comparison after I spend more time using the services but so far it is superior. Don’t risk your clothes if you are a person who likes to hold onto high quality items, they might disappear with no recourse. Slimy!

|No staff around and almost everyone waits inside for laundry even though it states to wait in your car. I'm native, a white man walked in and stayed with his laundry and watched me and my husband load our laundry next to his. White privileged and expected me to steal. I'm not that type of person - sorry ❗

The ladies working at Skaha Laundry services, keep the place spotlessly clean. The equipment is in great condition. I like having a choice of single, double or triple load machines. They also provide services from full laundry to just moving clothes from the washer to the drier.

The laundrymat is fine, but one of the staff made a rude comment about me. I was there last year as well and the same thing happened from a different staff member. I won't be going there again.

Thanks, employees working were loudly complaining to eachother about management/coworkers with cursing in front of customers. 'I hope so and so gets fired' and 'effing so and so always calls me in on my day off' etc. I have been a regular customer for 6+months and this isn't unusual but my most recent visit was particularly negative.

The owner of this place is very creepy. Stands over you while putting your clothing into the machine. He watched my laundry machine stop working, I returned a couple hours later and water poured out of the machine leaving my delicates soaking wet and not in a good way if you know what I mean ???? Seems like the kind of dude who would drill a hole in the wall of the bathroom and watch you take a fat dump. If you want to leave feeling like you've been touched by your uncle, I rate this place 10/10. Would wash again.

I asked the old man politely if I could use a laundry cart for two seconds to move my laundry from the furthest washer over to the empty dryer that was on the opposite end and he rudely said NO! Instead he could have responded with I’m sorry sir but these carts are unavailable at this time. After spending $40 on laundry today it sure wasn’t worth the back ache of making multiple trips from washers to dryers to remove all clothes.

Owner watched me put money into machine , machine did not work. He refused to refund when asked. He opened machine to show me no money in because he cleared out but there was my money in it caught him in lie. He became abuse when he was caught in lie. He was also rude to people in laundrey and abusive to one customer. Will not use again there are better Laundry services in Penticton

Coin operated machines very convenient except when their change machine runs out. A wash cycle will set you back $2.75 and $2.00 for the dryer.
