Sloppy folding and their hours were very inconvenient. Some stains still on linens. Won't be going back.

Had an unfortunate experience with a damaged bag. Everything look pretty grim until I talked to James and Avie (owners). They were very compassionate and understanding. They were able to address the situation that my wife/me were happy. Glad to have people to deal with like this!

My coat came back not only clean but looking like new!! They fabric shaved it and I'm not even sure what else but I am impressed! Great people! Work hard! And this will always be my dry cleaners :)

Tried to upcharge me due to the expensive coat I brought in, I called him out on it. Far to expensive. Other shops are 1/3 of the price.
