First time ever going to a laundromat. Super cool because of all the beautiful artwork in there. My partner and I brought some cards to play while the laundry was going. It didn't take long at all a bit expensive but this is what we expect nowadays.

No change, no receptionists, nowhere to get change to do your laundr! The next atm machine is across the street and 2 min walk ! Do you have the energy to do that while you're doing laundry? Honestly..

Man who claimed to be the owner comes in with an attitude unlocks office then tells us to leave so he can clean. I'm not a tourist, I'm from here. This guy who claims to be the owner needs a lesson in public relations. I will not use this laundry mat again. His female helper needs a raise. Looks like she can't even afford a hair brush.

Have been going here for years when I spend my summers in Penticton. Husband and wife ownership and take great pride in ensuring their business is first class. She unfortunately passed away (beautiful person... is sorely missed) but the business continues on. In my opinion this says a lot about the business and its integrity.

First time using a laundromat as our own personal washing machine broke down, and new one hasn’t arrived yet. Super clean in there, and well kept. I’ve crossed paths with the owners a few times and they are very lovely. They’re closed from 2-3 everyday for cleaning (covid). Overall a really pleasant experience!

OUR GO-TO LAUNDROMAT FOR SPECIAL WASHES. Nice to have two heavy duty washers with extra capacity. Also 2 very large dryers. The costs are a little steep on these machines. Had to do four loads and it cost nearly $60.00. Facility is always clean. Love the local art. I don't like going there after 5 pm as I feel a little vulnerable to be alone there. Overall, the laundromat is clean, lots of machines on hand, two money changing machines. Soap and fabric softener sold on site. Large assisted carts to transfer your laundry from washer to dryer and quite a few large tables to fold your laundry .I do recommend this facility.

Really tired of all these laundromats cheating the public. You pay for hot water washes and don’t get them and hot dryers and nothing. Ironically their sign says new high efficiency dryers and I popped quarters upon quarters into the dryers and still wet. Asked another customer as was my first visit and said she had the same experience in past. Took them home and hung the clothes which dried in this heat in no time. Seems laundromats are the latest way to scam the public. Also no washroom available as no attendant thrre to monitor. Tired of all the cheating by people who won’t give you what you pay for. Not going back here.

Very clean, with lots of machines. Washing loads vary from $1.25 to $12. You can wash a small load to washing a big load. Excellent place to get your clothing clean ! There's also free wifi while you wait for your laundry to dry! Definitely would reccomend to anyone! The cafe is only open Monday to Friday from 9-3 as well
