I dropped off 3 down quilts to be cleaned. Picked them up today. I was very pleased with the results. One of the quilts was stained with blood from when we wrapped my husband in it to take to the cleaners. I thought it would not come out. While not all of it was able to be removed, most of it was. Thank you for your efforts, better than I expected.

I've found that they get my shirts cleaner than some other places I've tried. Also use much less plastic bits on my French cuff shirts than another outfit in town does so I'm happy that there is less waste. Good experiences there consistently with their work.

Extremely upsetting with the quality the manager Tracy brings to this business and community. We have used this cleaner a couple times and everytime have been extremely disappointed. They ruined the sleeves on my fiances expensive jacket and we had to get the sleeves replaced and there excuse was they thought it was a different type of material... but didn't read the tag. Second our downfilled duvet queen sized blanket they said they couldn't get the stain out of it because they didn't know what kind of blanket it was... again didn't read the tag. So hundreds of dollars spent to get awful results and had to spend more to fix their mistakes. Then I went in to see if I could trust them with one extremely important thing... my wedding dress I havent been able to wear yet. I spoke with Tracy on the phone a few days ago and asked if they cleaned wedding dresses and how much time they needed as it was getting altered. She told me atleast a week. I brought my wedding dress in today to get cleaned... first thing I said was please take good care of it as this is extremely important to me (obviously). She asked me what I needed done I was clear on what I needed and she said well how do you want it cleaned and I replied with, that's why I'm bringing it to you because I don't know how to clean it. She continued to be rude and I finally got upset and asked her if she would be able to do it and if not I would take it somewhere else. She replied saying she could. Then asked when I needed it done I told her 2.5 weeks and she was rude explaining they needed atleast a month (I already spoke with her on the phone and she said atleast a week) when I told her we already spoke she had no response. She took my multiple thousand dollar dress roughly took it out of the bag crumpled it in a ball and shoved it in a plastic bag... and said they would it would be ready on the 5th... that's not even 2 days before my wedding. Needless to say left very upset and my mom ended up going back and getting my dress for me and said we would take it else where and she was rude and angry with my mom saying it would just go back there because no one else will do dresses except the business there connected with (plaza cleaners) so we went there and questioned them and found out this lady has been working here for years... how awful to find that she's been there for so long she's can be so awful and have such poor respect for people's important belongings. I can say I will never go back there and oliver laundromat is connected with osoyoos and they clean wedding dresses they have been so kind and understanding and are able to finish my dress by the end of next week. So tracy when you think your the only place to go to get important things dry cleaned... think again, and thank you for making it so clear where not to go!

Horrible customer service - I brought in my feather tic and when I got it home I realized they had wrecked it, all of the feathers bunched up to one corner of the tic. I called them and told them what had happened and they told me to bring it in, so I did and they told me that it was my problem and that they wouldn’t refund me, they were also extremely rude and all came out to tell me that I was in fact in the wrong (when I wasn’t told things like this could happen in the first place and that I wouldn’t be refunded if it did happen) I told them if I wasn’t being refunded that I was going to post a horrible review on this situation and I was told by the owner “it wouldn’t be the first” - so clearly they are a complete unprofessional joke. I just want to know that when they wrapped up my feather tic they didn’t think to themselves that the costumer would in fact get it home and be unhappy to see it wrecked. So unprofessional. I will also add that I am one person being atacked by three people who wrecked my item and then told me that it’s my fault for not knowing it had a chance of being wrecked. I will never go back and I suggest no one else does either, because god forbid they ruin something of yours and then make it you it fault.

Terrible experience! First time using this Dry cleaner and not only did they damage my dress there was still stains on it and they made me pay for the cleaning. They blamed it on the quality of the dress! I guess I better email Calvin Klein and let him know that his clothes aren't up to the classic cleaner quality.
