We received above and beyond excellent service from Paul at an amazing price! We had a renter moving out on New Year's Eve at noon, and the new one arriving at 5 pm. He was so kind to agree to clean the carpets on a Sunday AND holiday! The carpets were immaculate, all stains were removed, and it was dry by the time our tenants arrived. They were so impressed along with their friends and grateful with the cleaned carpets. Paul is a great guy and a proficient service tech. Eco Dry was recommended to me by a friend and I'm grateful for this. Paul did an excellent job on my condo and so I rebooked him to clean the carpets at my parents home. He and his Eco-Dry polymer system delivered a premier result again even tho there were different types of carpet in high traffic areas. I feel its a perfect balance of personnel, technology, and eco care. The Eco Dry system superseded my expectations by far. Besides being able to walk on dry carpet nearly 4 hours after cleaning, the whole house smelled super fresh and still does weeks later.

I should have taken before and after pictures! Three kids and a dog can wreck havoc on carpets and ours had large stains in several places. I know where those stains were and I cannot see a trace of them, from tea to hair conditioner to an unknown source. I'm extremely impressed with the results and no chemical smells in my house. We just had our carpets and upholstery cleaned by Paul and are VERY HAPPY with the results. Paul arrived promptly for our appointment, and we quickly found he is a very 'friendly/personable' guy. He proceeded to work on the carpets while at the same time his assistant went to work on our upholstery.
