We put our winter jacket(Canada Goose) there for a wash on Oct 17th, they told us to pick up on Nov 3rd. It's Covid time, so we understand it takes longer than usual. We went there on Nov 3rd to pick up and was told it's not ready. No one called us before 3rd. Then we called again 10 days later as they promised it should be ready, still not ready. And the staff answering the phone told us that it's not their fault. On Nov 16th, we received a text message telling us it's ready. After taking it home, we realize that the fur around the hood was gone. The fur around the hood was even written on the receipt. We will be calling and asking for a replacement. This is very unprofessional.

My wife dropped off her brand new bridesmaid dress for a cleaning and pressing as it had a small stain on it. When she returned, she noticed that the stain was still there and that there was now a small tare in a seam -obviously not done purposely but was very concerning at the time. She brought up the concern to the employee and it was taken care of without delay and very professionally. When she picked it up again, the stain was completely gone and the damage had been repaired very well. Top notch service. Will come back and recommend. It's nice to see a business who will go out of the way to fix a mistake and earn a repeat customer.

I left in a hurry when COVID broke out, I had 2 jackets at this location. When I came back from BC almost half year later they are still being kept carefully by the owner. Real professional.

Dry cleaned a winter jacket and it came back to me smelling like it was dipped in a ton of chemicals making it completely unwearable. On top of that there was dirt still visible on my jacket. When I asked for a refund due to improper cleaning so that I can take it somewhere to get cleaned properly, I was told this was impossible. The owner refused to do anything to resolve my problem. Horrible customer service and horrible work. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have been using The Dry Cleaner at Loblaws South Keys for more than a year now and find their service excellent and friendly. Cleaning is efficient and prompt, my shirts are neatly pressed and prices are very reasonable. I recommend them highly.

PSA: Avoid this dry cleaning store (inside Loblaws). It is easily the worst place to bring your dry cleaning in Ottawa. The staff is unprofessional, unnecessarily rude and often leave the counter unattended without notice for undetermined periods of time. I've had them dry clean my suits 3 times and every time I've found them not quite refreshed (I have a 3 fair strikes policies for all stores). My wife has had a coats dry cleaned here and it came as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. I suspect they may be a hoax location only pressing the clothes but not actually dry cleaning them. Unless there some serious changes with this business I'd recommend staying away from this store.
