I brought a coat into be repaired and was very excited that they were able to repair the liner. However, I had asked for a green liner and they gave me a grey one. I asked why and they said "this is better". I'm very sad they made my formerly colorful coat very boring. They also swapped out my silk liner for polyester which should be some kind of crime.

I always take my dry cleaning here, the owner does a great job. This place with worth driving out of your way to get to.

Terrible place. Gave them a skirt to fix and told them what time I'd be there. When I got there, they were closed even though it was 2 hours before their closing time. Horrible experience.

The washing machines are very old and rip apart jeans and delicate clothing. Owner was arrogant, disrespectful, and began shouting in a foreign langauge when I confronted him about this problem.

I have been taking my dry cleaning here for many years now, and I am always satisfied. I moved out of the Sandy Hill neighbourhood in 2002, tried a more expensive, "fancier" place near my new home. The new place promptly lost a favourite silk dress, washed a gorgeous Thai silk jacket (ruined it completely), and then ruined a new wool jacket by putting too much cleaning product on it. I quit the "fancy" place, and now I drive out of my way every week to go to Sandy Hill. They know fabric, and never wreck my nice clothes. They may not "speak very good English", but these are decent, hardworking people doing an extremely good job. I am a loyal customer - and a fan.

Might not be the newest, or modern cleaners around, but it has charm and the staff are hard working. I'd recommend their services.

I get my alterations done here and up to now, have been pleased. New seamstress now, so not sure how good yet
