We brought in a sizeable load of dry cleaning and everything was done efficiently, quickly, and to the highest quality. I had a dress and jacket cleaned at Premier recently and had a great experience! They were able to get the wine and oil stains off my clothes, and I was able to pick up the same day. Easily one of the friendliest family-run business in Ottawa!

So after looking online for about 45 minutes on cheap dry cleaning. Came across this place which has a promo 50% off your first visit... hey what luck this is my first visit. I bring down 9 shirts to be pressed and cleaned - he quotes me 35+ dollars. I ask him about the promo - "oh no we don't do that" I even show him the website.. "no we don't do that" what gives?! jus be warned!

They went out of their way to hold a laundry load just so I could get my suit dry cleaned in one day as I needed it for the next day. Lady was super nice and service was great!

Great pricing but had to argue a promotion they had. After agreeing to honor their promotion they wanted to charge me more and pay up front withought having Reasoning "you're getting a big discount". I decided to go to Hillary's and ended up paying a bit more but was worth it for the professionalism. I did not have to pay up front and their promotions were great. I recommend Hillary's by far, you get what you pay for.

I used to be a client for a long time and was always satisfied by the quality of the service I received. This current owner was good at first but has lapsed over time. First it was clothes that had to be returned for cleaning. I kept going back because he had this deal of 6 pieces for 30$ . I found out today that he has added costs to the deal, specifically 1$ extra for pants lining. I walked away. Exceptions should be clearly advertised, in this case it was not. I was told that it is on the website. Regrettably that does not mean anything since the sign outside the door does not advertised exceptions. The young lady at the counter is friendly but clearly this not enough. I ended up going to Spic and Span across the street on Richmond and got the same deal. Guess who is getting my business from now on??

My response to the owners comment below on my review. Me: Yes, i informed you when the coat was brought in that it was ripped due to a dog attack. You: stated that you could fix it. You did not mention that it would be puckered. I should have been informed of that up front and then i could have made my decision on whether or not to proceed. Or, your qualified seamstress should have recognized this and let you know. As I attempted to tell you, I would have understood if you said it couldn't be repaired properly. Me: I have an agreement with the dog owner re:bill/cost of jacket. This is irrelevant to you and your business. I didn't ask for your "legal' advice/opinion. The pictures I have posted have not over emphasized the puckering. This is the "GRADE A" workmanship you delivered to me. One of the picture is taken in your store at time of pick up. The quality of your work is clearly demonstrated in the photos. The way you and your wife have dealt with my complaint has been nothing short of condescending and obnoxious. I met with you again to attempt to resolve this and was subjected to a lecture on how much "time i was spending on this" and how my opinion and the opinion of everyone i have shown the jacket to was irrelevant because we are not seamstresses was infuriating. Almost as infuriating as when your wife told me it was an old jacket that i used to walk my dog... i don't even own a dog and the jacket is not old. Lets not forgot to add that it took a total of 10 days for my jacket to be returned. It was dry cleaned and then your team "forgot" to complete the repair work. I was the one who had to point out that you forgot to do the work. Considering it's freezing out and this is my winter jacket, i was inconvenienced by the fact that it took a week longer than I was told it would. I will not take you up on offer. I am not interested in dealing with you further. I will never bring business to you nor will I ever suggest anyone visit any of your locations based on my personal experience.

Dry cleaning was ok a few times I did it there but both times I gave things for alterations, they were a week late and charged me ridiculously high price for it. Second time, I got my curtains back 1.5 week later after coming in 3 days on a row and them telling me they'll have it by the end of day. The curtains were different length as well. Owners should learn to respect their customers and read about providing good service. They seem like they don't care at all. Extremely poor customer service.

I brought my shirt (simple woman shirt) Nothing fancy I wanted it clean and press my shirt or the lady there call it blouse it’s white color. Came back gray and damaged all rips from the side Staff there said I brought it like the way it is!!!!! Why I would bring rip shirt to be clean?? Second if I brought it that way why you guys take it to clean ?? Or why you did not call me to let me know it’s has rips ???? Obviously you premier cleaners Eco friendly damaged my blouse if that’s what you advertise eco friendly !! I’m just wondering what kind of Chemicals You are using !!! I want my money back And my shirt to be replaced... owner never there never called me never offer me anything I called twice this week they start to ignore My phone calls I Cheked all this cleaners locations Has a BAD RIVEW ALL OVER OTTAWA I can tell from the rivew that this cleaners are dishonest and I will never go back I’ll post my nice shirt picture you premier damaged

Went above and beyond to make sure the champagne stains on my jacket was removed. The stains were caked on the jacket for 5 months and thought it was impossible to remove but they took their time, tried different techniques and now I am able to wear it to a wedding in short notice.

I visited Premier Cleaners to clean my pants and Suits. Their 100% PERC Free cleaning was such a relief . The quality of cleaning was Fantastic. Truly a SPA for your Clothes. Must visit...very educational as I could see the whole process in action.

Got my winter coat zipper replaced. Wow! Premier did it in one day and I even got an upgraded metal zipper for no extra cost. They were cheaper than Hillary's and the service was very personal. My kudos to this Family run business...a great model for others. Well done Team Premier

The service was fabulous! I thought my son’s suit was ruined. They explained to me that due to the nature of the stains, they would have to wash it and then dry clean it. They were very clear that the result was not guaranteed to be perfect. But it was perfect! All the stains came out and the suit looked brand new. I dropped it off mid morning and was able to pick it up later the same day.

This place is absolute the WORST. Very bad service, the staff doesn’t know what he’s doing. They just ruined my sweater, now with stains! The staff is just so RUDE, I’m not giving this business another cent of mine. Will not recommend at all!
