Joe, the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. My pea coat was missing as button and while other places charged $ to fix it, Joe did it for free. My first experience- after dropping off my moose knuckle jacket and wool coat, I received a call from the owner a few days later. He said they were ready for pick up. After picking them up we went through the work he perform and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention he put in. They came out smelling fresh and good as new. Even the fur collar was restored to its original colour- very nice. After i expressed interest in how the process of dry cleaning worked, Joe took me inside the shop to show me his state of the art machinery with modern technology and explained every step of the process with passion and deep knowledge of the craft. He takes care of his customers like he takes care of the clothe he work with- with extreme passion and care. Highly recommended. Would not go to any other dry cleaners.

This place is all about personal touch. They know your name after the first meeting, the launder and press leaves your shirts feeling brand new and they remove the most impossible stains.. The best part is they control the chemical use since they do all the cleaning on site. This should be the only dry cleaning spot you use!!

Amazing experience, I needed 4 suits and 3 blazers dry cleaned and they offered pick up and delivery (as part of their VIP service) and it was a load off my shoulders. They took care of all my needs and even caught a small rip in one of the blazers and fixed it no problem. Diligent and professional, Joseph clearly truly cares about his customers. I also love that it’s eco friendly, the expensive garments were treated with such care and came back neatly pressed, like brand new. 10/10 would recommend, will be my go-to place from now on. Peloso Cleaning Staff I was told a long time ago, to dress Accordingly. Today I picked up one of my top coats from Peloso Cleaners on Preston Street. First, your treated as family not a customer! Attention to details and concerns about your items are addressed fully when you drop off. The respect to your items are shown when you walk in. By simply putting them on a hanger and going over each with care. Once you give your name for the ticket, your addresses by name from that point forward, even when called. It’s little things like that, that doesn’t happen in the world today. The cleaning of my top coat restored it to its former glory! I had a button replaced a very small repair in the lining and the rest of the buttons tightened up. Perfectly done! The formal point lapels are now standing up again. What I most noticed was the fact that the entire coat was thoroughly brushed and the wool looked brand new. The time from drop off to pick up was less than a week. This is a long coat at a very busy cleaners. I can say in other cities some would not take the job. Other’s took up to two weeks. Not here, with a smile and confidence. Peloso cleaning staff, Joe l would personally like to thank you for the professionalism you have shown me. You are a light in a world of casual self check outs, in a DYI era. Keep up the good work! You get the picture. Well, Kitty up-chucked on my queen-size comforter and I didn't notice until the next morning. Too late to fix myself. And this big comforter won't fit in a washing machine. I used Peloso cleaners today for the first time and I was very impressed. The fella at the friend I assume is the owner and was extremely friendly and professional. I had a concern that I had an oil stain on one of my shirts and I had it cleaned before and it didnt come out. It came back looking perfect and the stain was completely gone. Joseph was extremely knowledgable and gave the best customer service I've received in years. He assured me that it was probably an oil stain from the sewing machine and that he was 99.9% certain he could remove it with a spot treatment and cleaning on the gentle cycle. I wanted to get a down duvet cleaned, and called the store to ask for a recommendation on the best method. I spoke with the owner, Joseph, who explained he uses a dry cleaning process that is different than most cleaners. It is eco friendly and won't leave a chemical scent or residue. A few days later I took the duvet in to the store, and Joseph greeted me and guaranteed I'd be happy. I picked up the duvet, and the results lived up to his word. The duvet looks brand new and there is no chemical scent whatsoever. The same method can be used for Canada Goose coats, so when I need to clean mine, I won't hesitate to go back! Thank you, Joseph, for your friendly and excellent service.

WARNING TO BRIDES!!! A year ago I used this service to clean my wedding dress. Initial I thought the service was great. They even put my wedding dress in a fancy box. When I got home I did notice that the breast pads had been taken off and some of the decals were damaged but decided it wasn't THAT big of a deal. A year later I took my dress out of the box to really look at it. At this time I noticed that more decals were coming off, beading was ruined AND the zipper material was taken off and they added clear clips to try and fix it. This made me believe that they put it in a box I didn't ask for to try and hide the mistakes they had made. The biggest issue with all this was the attempt to hide what they did. I totally understand mistakes or accidents happen but they fully tried to hide and fix a mistake without informing me. I understand that this happened over a year ago now but I just want to make sure other brides look at their dress upon picking it up. It was a devastating realization to look at my dress and be surprised to see all of these things. On top of all that I will now not be able to wear the dress for an anniversary or vow renewal. I will have to spend even more money on alterations to get it fixed.

There was a major coffee stain in the white blouse, and the house had recently been sprayed by a skunk, leaving a strong odour in the suit. I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. I went off reviews and they came through. I would say that the only thing you should be cautious of is the price. However, you definitely get your money’s worth.
