They pick the laundry up at the curb. They have a covered entry and you don't even have to get out of the car and there's alway service with a smile. I've been to quite a few different places and Hillary's always does a better job. And the two seamstresses do an amazing job w/ any alterations or sewing you may need done. Great location top-notch service and consistent first class results with even the most challenging dry cleaning needs. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I highly recommend this location! Hillary's Cleaners is absolutely amazing! My husband and I live in an apartment complex and had a hot water pipe above our hallway closet begin leaking and into our unit. This caused horrible burn marks and water damage to two of our coats. One was white and the other cream, of course the water didn't even hit our dark coats! I love this coat and thought I would at least attempt a dry cleaning before giving up on it. I wish I could post the pictures here of the before and after. We weren't too optimistic about either one of them, but Hillary's did it! Both coats are now flawless and you cannot even tell there was any damage. Getting both coats completely clean only cost us $40! Way cheaper than brand new coats and I am still amazed at the job they did.

Rude staff who wouldn't admit their fault after staining an item that shouldn't have been a problem to clean. Not being able to remove hard stains would be fine, staining an item in their care permanently is unacceptable.

I like that it is open at 6h. One issue happened to me when I drop my white glove (for silverware) there was a blue stain. Staff said that it may or not come off. I decided to try. When I pick it up. The stain was still there. They say they can do an other cleaning Wich I refuse. Also I don't really like the location because I live near Blair, I don't have a car and it is a detour because it is near billing bridge. Google said that there is a couple in downtown (Albert and Slater) (I go through downtown every day). For a coat, they can do it at their bank location (walking distance from billing bridge) within a day or two (depend on the coat). For the rest, nothing to say.

Very poor quality workmanship and service. Beware of rude staff in the afternoon. Strongly recommend against using them. High prices and little regard for taking care of quality clothing that customers entrust them with.

Dropped in an item of personal value, it doesn't get cleaned properly, so i return it and they offer a re-do, which I accept. It then comes back with additional damage. The manager than assures me that they can do a third re-do and fix the damage they have done. My fourth visit I get my item back and the damages are still there, untouched. The manager in question then swiftly insinuates that I'm lying about my item's properties to shift blame, and then has the gall to get defensive about a well-earned retort. Avoid like wildfire.

They stained my shirts. It took wks and many phone calls to the manager to get my shirts fixed. No meaningful apology. No compensation. I’m switching dry cleaners.

Hillary's use to be able to do same day service or even next day. I called on a Thursday morning and was told dry cleaning could not be ready until Tuesday. When it is a uniform for work this unfortunately does not work.

Clothes not ready on time. Needed item for weekend - management not available to deal with issue. Dropped item off beginning of the week told it would be ready by Friday. Will have to buy new item for event over weekend - will submitting invoice to them on Monday. Poor service, bad management, has lost touch with how to run a business. This company is absolutely terrible - deserves to be put out of business.
