(I put a star on here to get posted.) Creepy old guy looking up my shorts across the room while I was trying to read near the window! Unbelievably loud 4-5 letter language used around small children who were equally profane. Completely irresponsible staff. I left long enough to bring home 3 bags of clothes and the lot of my best high-end suits were gone! Talbot. Brooks Bros. Vanderbilt. Guess. All missing. When questioned as to its whereabouts, the person running the place had "Stuff goes missing." as a reply. No offers to look in the office for it, no questions. Just dismissed. Never again!

I do laundry here regularly because it's clean, convenient, and they will replace your honesty ,If any problems, with integrity and politeness. This is a family run business, run with professionalism, safety, and hard work. There are camera's in case of theft, and the coin machine to get change is working more than most of the time. It would be more convenient to leave the bathroom door open for customers more regularly, if customers would respect the location. I've found anyone affiliated with this location have been very polite and accommodating, especially with dignity received back, it's nice to be valued as a regular.

Very clean laundromat well taken care of by staff $3.00 wash machines are quite large and they actually have hot water. I prefer to go here rather than use the filthy junk @ my own apt.

The owner is so nice and the lady who cleans the place is an absolute sweetheart! The place is always clean as well as the washers and dryers. The owner is very helpful as well, when one of the dryers were taking my quarters but not working he reimbursed me for my quarters and was so apologetic about it! The dryers here are AMAZING and dry your clothes fully, this is my go to place for laundry

Hope the owners like how this place is run. Open up at 6am, but have fun getting change. They can't even bother to take money from machines and refill the bill changer. Pathetic loses. My rating is ZERO stars, not 1.....

I come here weekly and normally have no issues... however one of their washers today pretty much shredded a brand new blanket of mine. Needles to same im not impressed. Many dryers aren't working either right now. I'm really wishing this place was kept better care of.

I come here all the time, it's convenient, and not expensive,as is the other laundromat in Oshawa, which isn't many. They do need to fix the amount of dryers that break down at once. Never lost anything nor had stuff ruined. All in all, 5 star place.

It's clean and has large washers. Some of The dryers are sometimes out of service which can be annoying and the change machine doesn't always have change. But it's the only laundry matt I'll go to in Oshawa. Just don't go on the first or the 20th of the month too many ppl with 20 bags each of laundry. The owners are super nice if you can catch them, they have no problem refunding your money if lose it or if a dryer doesn't dry.

Used to be good place, used to be open 24 hours. Been going here for like 15 years, done have time during day so I go at night when I can...tonight I get there at 9:20, some guy ive never seen here before tells me no more washes tonight, machines take 30 minutes. I remind him of the time, since i take it home to dry and dont need the dryers...then he tells me they take 35 minutes, I guess he cant do math...pretty rude about too. Maybe the owner can message me back to explain why I have to be done and out 8 minutes before they close.....(machines i use take 32 minutes, been there a few hundred times?)

I had a good review but I had to change it for few reasons. 1) After watching people smoke inside. 2) NO one keeping the mask policy. So many times no one is wearing a mask. 3) No soap or hand sanitizer offered witch at this type of establishment many people are repeat touching surfaces. Should have due to covid-19 + Variants. 4) I had an issue with the dyer took all my coins about ( 42 mins ) worth and the dryer did not turn on. I called numerous times no answer. I had then hand written a letter stating what happened and I had pictures of the error of the machine, followed with my number to call. No one called me back. 5) Does not have signs that State NO hot water, you turn the machine on HOT and your clothes are washed in ICE COLD water. False Advertisement / Belief .

First time here. My landrymat was closed due to it being new years day. big washers reasonably priced and very big dryers. Place is very clean well lit and the customers here are very friendly

Clean and decent sized machines. Only complaint is that all machines only seemed to wash with cold water and the prices for the dryers are expensive compared to other laundry mats ($0.25 for three minutes).

Ive been coming to this laundrymat for years. I watch people come in an let their kids run around like its their own personal play ground. Make their mess an dont even have the decency to clean up after their kids or them selves. People complain that the place is dirty or things arent working but if you set for just one hr an watch the riff raff that come in an over load normal size washers that are $2. an leave laundry in the machines an come back an say they left clothes in a machine a week ago an still expect them to be there. These machines are maintained daily. But yet everyday you see people abuse his equipment. This is a place of business .the owner is a very kid man an always trying to accomadate customers. Ive come to learn that your not goina please everyone.but we need to realize these machines break down because of how we treat the equipment.

Washer did not have an out of order sticker on it. Just a yellow post it. Put money in and washer never turned on. Called the number on website and of course no answer. Isn’t there a staff member on site??? Because I had other washers in use I could grab my laundry and leave. But def won’t be back…
