It is really dirty and some of the people that visit this location are questionable but it does close at 9pm and opens at 5 am . They do sell soap and softener and it has a change machine .

Lots of machines and pretty clean. My only issue is employees not enforcing that masks be worn. One employee who was cleaning the machines also was not wearing a mask (it was around her neck). Makes me feel they don't care about their customers. Just want to update. This is the third time I've had a dryer take my money, run for 20 seconds and then give an error message. Nobody in building to help. And when I called the business number, it says nobody is available to take your call, then it hangs up. Can't even leave a voicemail.

It's was clean and bright. A little expensive. It's in an older part of the city so surrounding buildings are older and alittle rundown.

The lady who owns this place is a scammer! Her money machines will dispense “wash tokens” instead of loonies that you can not use on any washer or dryers. When you bring this to her attention she doesn’t reimburse you and basically tells you in a professional manner to take the high road. I’ve found dirty diapers in washers as well as needles in the dryers. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in months and the dust build up in this place is down right nasty. My husband and I vowed to never return here again and go to super suds coin laundry

May be over expensive and some washers maybe filthy but i'm giving it a 4 star since its close to places that i am familiar with and i have had no problems there worth mentioning because the owner is quick to fix them.

Not the cleanest place but 5 minutes from where I live.$10 gor largd washing machines $6 for medium sized and small about $3.50. Usually not super busy.

This place was filthy. One of the washers had cigarette butts in it... the rare occasions that there is a staff member present, they are rude and unhelpful... One of the washers didn't drain during the loads final rinse, leaving my clothes soaking wet and soapy. I ask for my money back so I could rewash my clothes in another machine and the old lady said,"no you used to much soap. That is why it didn't drain". And basically refused to give me a refund... The same family owns the inconvenience store in the same plaza.

Clean breaks 20 dollar bills. Sometimes oshawas hang around out front, but never had a problem with. Owner/cleaner super nice!!

It is a clean laundry mat. The one star rating is for the craptacular service I get from it's owner's which also operate the convenience store in the same plaza. Alot of their machines are old and outdated. They tend to break down mid-cycle and the owners rather argue with you instead of re-emberburse you. If you intend on using this Laundromats services, please do so at your own risk as this Laundromat is used only to make the owners rich on our buck. If they are reading this, your store is next to get a bad review for your lack of costumer service. December 8th 2020 Just looking back on the bad review I gave this laundromat, a question in mind. Is it easier to just reimburse their patrons because a machine conked out mid cycle, or to shell out an additional $13 and change per hour because the patron they ripped off trashed their laundromat on camera?

Meh, its a laundromat. I use them all the time, and it's pretty decent. The lady that owns the place also works at the store in the same plaza. She's pretty accommodating if you need any help...

Place needs to be updated. Machines need to be kept up. A lot of out of order signs on machines
