The dryer machine automatically stopped while I was out. Second time I restarted it and this time around the door opened up in the cooling cycle and few of my shirts fell on the floor. The timings are long so I found that to be positive.

I would have rated it higher but lately there's been this woman ( maybe an owner?) That has been hiding in the corner just as soon as you walk in. It's really unsettling when she's staring at you doing your laundry and gets kind of uncomfortable.

This place was my go to laundry place for about 3 years. Recently with the pandemic they have raised the prices of their washers and dryers to a point it isn't cost effective for me to do my laundry here anymore. It was a decent place and is normally kept clean, dryers are hit and miss and sometimes no signs saying they are broken and with the increased prices it can be irritating when you spend more to have a dryer not even dry your clothes. It doesn't make me want to go back unfortunetly.

Although prices are readonable. Machines are not well maintained. Same washers have been been out of order for a year or so. Dryers some dry better than others if they work at all.

Place is very clean, with clean, accessible coin laundry machines, tables and chairs to sit at. Also tables installed near machines to unload and fold your laundry. Coin machine to change your currency to dollars or quarters. Machine available to buy soap, softener, dryer sheets.

Great, lots of washing machines to choose from. Huge dryers! Only thing I would have liked to have known before going, is that you don't get any loonies at the change machine with a $5.00 bill. I only had $5.00 bills on me, which means I had to use the larger washing machines, as the smaller washing machines only take loonies. Other than that, it's clean, people are friendly, and it's FAST!

Honestly I'd rather go to My Laundry place than the one in my building. Unfortunately they recently raised all the prices for the washer machines.. some of which do not work. Customer service was beyond helpful and efficient. But now I need to find a new affordable laundromat

Double load machines are $5.50 ea and the machines only take quarters. One of the four I used #9 didn't work..and tho there was a posting on the wall said I could leave a message..I found the paper but found no place to leave it..or any pencil or anything else..only the front dryers work..the rest from about the mid point on don't work. The triple load machine costs $7.25 and did take loonies and toonies..but it worked thankfully. Not sure I'd go back.

Came here to use the tripple loaders as its way easier to use them then do 10 loads at my own house, we were there from 6:30pm-10:00pm. We were down to our last 2 loads and about 35 minutes in i noticed the bottom 2 dryers were not drying at all, so i split the loads and put some in the top ones (9:30pm) thinking maybe i put too much in the dryer. The cleaners came in at 20 to 10 and the male started yelling at us to get out from the second he walked in, even though they were still open for another 20 minutes and we had soaking wet clothes from the dryers not working properly. We ended up putting wet clothing back in a basket to bring home and use my own dryer. I wouldn’t have been upset with the experience had the cleaner not yelled at us for doing absolutely nothing. I didn't ask for my money back for the broken dryers or anything, we spent nearly $50 here, and this is how you treat your paying customers?? We tried to explain to him what happened and he just continued on yelling until i yelled back. Contacted the manager tonight and no response.

Wash, rinse and repeat customer. Most machines work has a better upkeep then other laundry mats. Even when busy there are available machines, just could use a few more laundry carts.

Good clean place. Machines which I used worked fine. The place has coin exchanger which accepts 1 and 2 dollars coins and also accepts paper bills to give you quarters which are needed for the washing machines and dryers. There is also a television. A number of chairs and small tables are available. Also few big tables are available to fold your laundry when done. There are also wheeled baskets for big laundry. You can also buy detergent from a coin machine.

It's got a small tv and no vending machine and for that I rate it 4 stars. Besides that it's got a lot of space and tables you can sit down at and enjoy your drink while your doing laundry makes me feel comfortable.

My partner and I do our laundry biweekly and its a clean store. We do our laundry at night. And it never fails we are there right until close, every night at close they have staff two individuals who are there to clean. And thats daily. Good job, guys keep it up.

The price increased a few months ago and the washing machines only take loonies but the change machine only gives out quarters unless you put in $10.00. Also the dryers when up in prices as well. A quarter for 4 mins is a joke and allot of the dryers don't even get that hot. I've been going there for years and I stopped a few weeks ago due to the broken machines , higher costs and the fact that I have to take some of the laundry home that is still damp after being in the dryer for 30 mins when there is hardly anything in it. The owners need to fix the machine or reduce the cost for me to return.

Was there October 2021. Spotless. Has an industrial size washer for large items. Not busy. No loiterers. One dryer ran on the cool side so we switched to another one and it was good. The industrial washer was excellent.
